Sadly my experience has been poor, due to Boden’s chosen delivery agent being Evri, and unfortunately each time I order I have problems. My latest delivery has not been delivered at all, and now almost 10 days later, I am still trying to navigate the refund process that I was told would be 5 working days (from 19th) and It’s been painful. I appreciate it is Evri who is the main issue, but I have previously contacted Boden to highlight the issues with Evri but they keep using them and it’s sad that the company does not clarify if it is looking at alternative agents or options for clients - maybe a click and collect option is safer. However still waiting for the refund is a Boden matter.

Quick delivery - although Evri is not a good choice of courier as parcels are not delivered with care.

The dress fits really well and the material is very comfortable. I am very petite and I often struggle to find midi dresses that fit well. This is my third purchase from Boden and I would buy again.

Always had great customer service from Boden in the past but very disappointed after they didn’t redeem my £20 voucher. I ordered a dress in 2 sizes and returned one. As I ordered two they split the voucher and only took £10 off. I phoned and they refused to give me the full £20 off. So make sure if you have a voucher only order 1 item!

Some beautiful petite fitting clothes and great customer service and very smooth, delivery and returns/refunds etc. Ordered 5 or 6 dresses, eventually found the perfect one for a special occasion, but returning the items all very quick and smooth and one of the quickest companies to refund the monies on receipt of items.
