Horrible Customer service!

I decided to try the free trial and after a few days I didn't feel the Bodbot service was worth $60.00 a year so I decided to cancel and when I did it gave a choice of choosing different monthly payments that we're considerably lower then what bodbot was offering so I decided to choose that option however when I did it showed an error. I then emailed the bodbot customer service about this and they responded a few hours later stating that this option is no longer available so to just cancel if I didn't want to pay. I did just that however to my surprise the "Cancel complete" option was not working so I emailed bodbot about my issues and nobody replied and of course 24 hours later there was a charge for $60. I then emailed "Again" and they finally replied saying they left me instructions of how to cancel and that was a complete lie! I carefully looked through my email thread and there was nothing of that sort so basically bodbot doesn't care about you or what you think of there service. They got their money and that's all that matters! Beware of services like this, you put CC info in for free trial and then if you have issue's trying to cancel then I would be hard pressed to think they will help Customer service is garbage

Great application which customizes…

Great application which customizes workouts towards your progression, test, equipment which you have at the time and injuries (if any). I will recommend this app to everyone. Keep up with good work

I've been using BodBot for two years…

I've been using BodBot for two years now and it has been an absolute game changer. I travel often for work, which makes it hard to get into a regular exercise routine, so I just packed on weight and kept making excuses. BodBot has allowed me to be able to workout basically anywhere. I do the workouts at home (and get a lot of house-cleaning and laundry folding done between sets), and I can also do them in my hotel room. I like that it adapts my workouts based on feedback I give, like whether or not I skipped a workout/exercise or how I'm feeling that day.

There are occasional bugs and kinks, which can be annoying, but dont take away from its intrinsic value. It's a fraction of what a gym membership costs (let alone a personal trainer), time-saving, convenient and has gotten me into a regular exercise routine -- NO EXCUSES, lol.

TERRIBLE! Overcharged my bank, won't respond to concerns!

A 7 day 'free trial' is offered, but literally NONE of the features are available during the free period. The app is $10 monthly but you are not offered an option to pay monthly. You must pay a minimum of $29.99 to even see how the app works 👎

If the wonderful (obviously paid) reviews entice you into dropping $29.99 then you have to attempt to buy it 20 times before it will actually work. I am sure this is going to cause a headache with our bank tomorrow when 10 charges for $29.99 appear. You know it's going to happen. When they can't even make the purchase process smooth then you know what you are in for. 👎

You can select muscle groups to train each day and it will give you exercises based on your selections, fitness level, and desired intensity 👍

HOWEVER, you can't just play around to see how the app works. Once it has set your workout all you can do is add/remove individual exercises. You cannot delete workouts, only select that you 'missed' them which irks me because I didn't miss a workout. I just want a different one. 👎

You can't review weekly workouts. There is no overview that I have found. If there is one and I can't find it then that's also a problem. We aren't all tech buffs, it needs to be user friendly👎

You can view detailed instructions and videos on how to properly perform each exercise 👍

Cardio equipment is listed in the 'equipment' section but cardio is not added into workouts, you can't add it to your workouts, and if you are like me and do 60-120 minutes of intense cardio daily then it kind of pisses you off that you can't add that to your weekly minutes and you would have to manually add calories burned. We aren't all body builders and if you offer a 'cross training goal' then you should probably incorporate those into your workout plans👎

Why do these application designers ALWAYS FORGET BACK BUTTONS?! That is the most aggravating thing EVER! If I want to view instructions for an exercise then I have no way to just go back and continue with my workout after I am done. 👎

20 minutes into messing with this I am ready to throw my phone through a window. Tech support isn't responsive and of course now that they have my money there's nothing I can do but send ranting emails for them to continue to ignore. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Bloody excellent guys.

I'm not sure what that person below is complaining about, it is $10 per month which is the cheapest plan you will ever see. Highly tailored workout but if you are looking to turn into the Hulk it may not be for you. I work long hours and found going to the gym was a bit much and very expensive with nutritionist and personal trainer taken into account. This is easy and works the whole body, you don't need expensive equipment and I feel like I am learning too with their detailed descriptions. I'm so impressed, this is a godsend!

The program itself is quite useless …

The program itself is quite useless and does not do what it advertises to do. I had great hopes for it, but unless you are incredibly overweight, it won't challenge you. It also won't challenge you if you have specific goals.

The company itself has nonexistent customer service, the owners do not give a crap about their customers at all, once you send them the money, they will not contact you, respond to you and even acknowledge you. I have been desperately trying to get my money back for two years now with not even an acknowledgment of my request.

A complete waste of time and money. Get a gym membership and try some HIT training instead.
