3 items from bObles that I have from partner shops are amazing. So I orderd 4 more items on the original site Bobles. com/Bobles. dk.

The Customer Service is so bad reachable, more then 5 days before I got answer with the first order, then 2 weeks later they canceld the order after 2 mail respons. By then I thought this was because I hoped the items will be received before a Birthday, but then I orderd the items again for the second time and since then they didnt reply at all, even after 4 mails, still waiting 12 days now since the second order. On the creditcard the amount is reserved and the items are never send. Why is this brand so bad on there original site?

I really dont get it!

I bought 4 toys from Bobles. 4 very expensive toys!...which came with a pen mark, dirt spots, oily fingerprints and deep gashes. Bobles demands to see these toys in person to accept my complaint but since I live in another country, that is not possible. Yes, Bobles ships internationally but will not accept any complaints unless you bring/ship these toys to their office in Denmark. In other words, Bobles is not accepting my photos as proof and couldn't care less about my complaint.

My absolut favorit children's furniture - endless hours of play <3
