We went to Bob Davies Car Sales today to pick up the Honda CRV we had chosen online. We were met by a lovely salesman called Craig who was friendly and made us feel so at ease. The car was immaculate. The service provided to us by Lisa was over and above what could be expected. We were delighted with the car and would highly recommend Bob Davies car sales and their team of experts.

Five stars — Bob Davies Car Sales have been outstanding. After buying my car, it developed a major fault costing over £2,000, but the team handled everything brilliantly. They booked it straight in with Vauxhall, and as soon as the parts came in the repair was completed quickly and professionally. Thanks to their warranty, the full cost was covered and I was back on the road in no time. Truly exceptional service.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Bob Davies. My husband purchased a car after clearly explaining to the sales team that he is a driving instructor, so the vehicle needed to be reliable and suitable for professional use. We were reassured during the sale, but shortly after purchase the car developed mechanical issues.
When we contacted Bob Davies to raise these concerns, we were then told that the car is apparently not covered under warranty, which is completely unacceptable given how recently it was purchased and how it was represented to us at the point of sale. We feel the car was mis-sold, and the aftersales support has been extremely poor.
This situation has caused significant stress and disruption to my husband’s work. We expected far better transparency, honesty, and customer care from a dealership like this. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Bob Davies to anyone, especially those relying on a vehicle for their livelihood.

Purchased an Audi AI 2018 car today. The fact that it is obvious customer care comes first was the main reason I scored 5 stars. Where other companies fail at this fundamental aspect, Bob Davies Car Sales embodies this. From moment one, dealing with this company, I knew I was in safe hands. Check all details before picking up car. Unfortunately we came from spain and had ferry booked to take car back a few hours later. Had no choice but to drive car away. Spec included wind deflector when deposit paid then it didnt on collection.We're told it was in boot, it wasn't. Disclaimers give them cover. My husband owns car but i was asked to sign what i thought was for car tax and to say we had bought the car, stupidly i couldnt read it without glasses so just signed . Nothing was explained, it was another disclaimer even though they knew about the missing deflector. Offered another if one happened to come along. Then complaint email and request for proof of brakes repaired ignored. Also were told lights were halogen but they are led and will cost us 1200 to get through spanish ITV
