Needed door locks and window locks all replaced. This company went above and beyond ( Matt). Did what they said they would do and fast, clean and efficiently with a friendly approach.
Would be my first point of call if i had lock problems again.

I had an issue with my front door and didn’t have a clue how to fix it! They were very easy to deal with and understood the issue I had and dealt with the problem quickly and more importantly at a good price. The locksmith explained the issue to me and fixed it ! Would highly recommend them

I recently booked a locksmith from BM security to have a look at my front door lock. Matt arrived on time and was very friendly and professional and diagnosed problem and replaced faulty cylinder. Was charged as quoted and very happy with work carried out. Would recommend BM security to anyone and would use them again.

Arranged a call for 26/11/21 to asses condition of multipoint door mechanism with a view to replace with a kit or purchase new whole front door. I was informed'Steve' would call PM. I arrived on site at 11.45 am and as by 16:30 no message or indeed engineer had arrived i headed off home. At 16:45 I received a call telling me the engineer had indeed arrived and we spoke regarding the fact i had now left to which the engineer informed me " you had a two hour time-slot" and that i was having two looks fitted! Err no. I explained i had no messages, no calls and no time-slots allocated and that i was upset at having lost 4 hours from my day. On the plus side he did inform me the multipoint assembly is most likely no longer available. So two out of 5 stars I'm afraid. Wont use or recommend again. Disappointed at poor communication and service. On the plus side no charge ( just as well really)

Great security alarm services for South East London. I got a burglar alarm installed from them - very good quality. They offer other services too such as CCTV alarm installations and locksmiths. Highly recommend.
