I bought boots through another side…
I bought boots through another side called Damenmodesale.de - when you pay for the goods, you are directed to Bms Online webside.
When my order arrived, i got a pair of sunglasses! And they were shipped from China.
I contacted custom-service and they said, that they couldent refund more than 45% , because i had the wrong item at my adress... i said i would ship it back, and asked for adress, contactperson etc.
They told me, that i couldent ship it back, because the custom most likeley would hold it back.
It wastent any problem for me to send it back , and when Fedex tryied to deliver at the adress i got from them, there was nobody there and the company seemed closed. There was nobody who answered at the phone either.
Here, after serveral weeks (1,5 month) , I STILL email forth and back with them, because Fedex cant deliver the package, because there is nobody at the adress! And they dont want to refund my money, because the package is not delivered yet!!
DONT ORDER AT BMS-ONLINE OR DAMENMODESALE.DE !!!!
