REFINANCE ATTEMPT & PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS

I had been trying to understand what was going on with my account and payments for weeks. Mario took the time to ensure that I was accurately informed. Unfortunately BMG is not continuing the program with Hillsborough County Public Schools. That’s unfortunate, but Mario Oscar provided GREAT SERVICE!

Agent German was very helpful

Agent German was very helpful . He was concerned with my issue. He stated my name during the conversation he apologized about my issue with the bot that was unable to assist he also worked to find an answer to fix my payment concerns

I had a great experience with German

I had a great experience with German. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding about the issue I was having. He took the time to calm me down and reassure me that it was no problem and would be an easy fix.

German provided me with clear information about what I needed to do, stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything was completed, and verified everything with me before ending the call. He also explained the next steps and what I could expect moving forward.

I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and willingness to make sure I understood everything. German provided excellent customer service and definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond to help me!

I would like to Thank Brandon for taking the time to assist me with approving my loan. I submitted my application on the weekend and received approval early that Monday morning. Times are really hard being a single grandmother and raising my grandson. The money I received definitely was needed. Thank you Brandon and BMG.
