I have had my car very fast and smooth. Fluid and fast communication with my agent, everything very well explained and very clear. The entire process was done online and in three days I had the car available to pick up. Totally recommended

Hi Prabakaran Selva and thank you very much for your post here on Trustpilot.
We naturally do not agree with your description of our company.
The point is that in July 2021 you received a nice and lovely VW T-roc for one year. You were so happy with the car, that you extended the lease for another year.
Now we get the car back from you.
You delivered it very dirty, with dirt everywhere.
There is a dent in the hood, that wasn´t there when you got it.
There is a large scratch in the frontbumber, that wasn´t there when you got it.
A chrome strip is defective now, it wasn´t when you got the car.
For these items we have sendt you a bill of DKK 4.450 . In our opinion , a particularly sharp and reasonable price.
You don´t think so ! . Instead of acknowledging these things, you make bad reviews of us on social media.
Maybe you should turn your gaze inward and think about your skills of driving.
It is of course independent inspectors from FDM, who have made the reports, with full photo documentation.
We wish you good luck with other leasing companies - with us it is not possible for you to lease in the future.

I leased a car which should be good…
I leased a car which should be good when I lease it but I found that google auto not working and when I tried to contact you, you told me that it's not your responsibility and I should contact seat who actually doesn't reply, so thanks for the bad leasing
Edit: After reading their comment to my review, just wanna state how rude their comment is.
It is my first time to see a customer service trying to punish the customer for having a bad experience, and yes it is your fault not to state that it doesn't have an Android auto while it does work with apple with no problems which means there is a problem in the car itself.
What a rude customer service, still can't believe their comment!!!!!

Hi Kareem. Sorry to hear this. Why do you think, the car has Android Auto ? , we have not informed and promised you about this.
Many cars have different options, and we inform on our web-site, what specs our cars have. On your car, we did not inform about Android Auto.
Also we are sorry to hear, that the SEAT dealer not takes the telephone here in the holiday season. You mean, this is our fault ?
We thank you for being a strange customer, and are looking forward to, when the lease will end. You will never receive another car from us, and we will not offer you an extension of the leasecontract.
You better find other companies next time. You are not welcome here any longer !
