Ordered a tablet case with the…

Ordered a tablet case with the sleep/wake function that didn't work. Contacted BMC Digital and after a hesitancy to accept the return, they eventually did. They refunded me minus the postage cost though. Poor show.

Avoid at all cost

Would give 0 if I could
Bought head phones via ebay 28.99 on the 28th nov ETA was dec 2nd. Many emails saying 1st parcel was lost then the second parcel went to wrong address excuses on excuses today's date 19th dec still not arrived even tho stated I was going away on the 20th dec 16days before hand they was sending a replacement !!! I've never had so much hassle and lies being told via a company it's been horrendous. I've recently saw many NEG feedback on " items never arrived and the excuses they were giving ( same as mine)
Please AVOID this company at all cost or u will regret it .. apparently delivered today but not holding my breath

Great design and useful

Just received my luggage labels and I couldn’t be more pleased with them, they are well made, well designed, practical and above all a fabulous colour. I would really recommend this product

Awful customer service and generally bad experience!

The staff at BMCdigital are most unhelpful and take an absolute age to respond to messages through eBay. I am fed up of wasting my time!

I returned an item to them, which has been lost and this whole experience has been a nightmare to get a refund on an item which was faulty. Evidence was even provided to them! Months later, I am still out of pocket and having my time wasted by them.
I'm also fed up of their unnecessary auto responses; "This is a little robot..." - it's just annoying!

Overall - avoid this company if you at all can, it'll just cause you pain.

Five and a half weeks and still had not shipped

I ordered via Amazon and after a couple of weeks wrote to the company to let them know I had not received my order. They offered to send it again but after another couple of weeks I asked for carrier and shipping number as nothing had been received yet. After a few more days they replied that they would send it via Royal Mail, i.e. they had not sent it yet.
I cancelled my order and got a refund from Amazon.

Do NOT Buy from this Company. No product, No service.

I ordered a phone case from BMC Digital Ltd in November '15 as a Christmas gift. When it failed to arrive I contacted them and Jamie said it must have got lost and would send a replacement. Then got an email saying they were out of stock, more stock expected soon. The weeks went by and no stock, and so just before Christmas I accepted an offered refund and thought no more about it - Checking in Feb 15 realised no refund had been given, so emailed - no reply, Rang and was told Jamie was in a meeting but would call me straight back, no call. I called back over a dozen times, but the phone was no longer being picked up (caller id??) I raised a dispute through Paypal, no reply, I escalated it to a claim through Paypal, and they refunded me within a matter of hours.... Worst customer service I've experienced online, won't get any of my custom again, and only get one star because you can't give none!

Avoid this company. They Promise to help sort problems, but don't

I returned a Bluetooth superbuddy hands free kit to BMC in late september and after MANY emails and promises, they eventually agreed to refund me on 6th November. they haven't, and will not reply to e-mails or answer the Phone.
This is probably the worst internet company I have ever used.
Add to that, they are an Amazon partner and Amazon are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard, I guess I am going to have to write off this as a loss. I will not use them (or an Amazon 'partner') again

No service, no product, appalling

Sadly I trusted this company to supply a phone cover, but it has never arrived.

I received an email after chasing several times, claiming an email had been sent offering to resend the item. This was incorrect. I hadn't even received an email to say it had been despatched in the first place!

I have requested a refund, but once again am being ignored.

All I want is my money back, so that I can buy this item elsewhere, dealing with this company is frustrating and costly. Buyers beware.

No hesitation recommending BMCdigital

Easy ordering and a range of payment option including PayPal. Delivery timescale was as expected. Products were exactly as expected and in full retail packaging. I would have no problem using BMCdigital again in the future.

Only use if you like having to chase..and can afford to loose money.

Did leave a review last week and they finally contacted me. They said they would sort out apologized and said they were short staffed. I accepted this and they asked me to take down my negative review. As soon as I took the review down then more e mails with excuses why they could not complete my order,so I asked for a refund. 1 week later and no money so spoke to citizens advice who have told me to send all emails relating to this problem to trading standards and look at recovering my money through small claims court.

Boomdock with Dockair

xcellent sound and top notch tech support. Used the dock daily for two years until the dock connector broke. Don't worry, tech support sent me a FREE replacement dock connector that arrived after two days. It took 5 minutes to fix - good times! Can't get me enough of 1D ;)

No item received

I had exactly the same experience as the poster below. Payment taken out of my account for a phone case but never received. Then I get a load of bull from the company saying that they posted it and the Royal Mail must have forgotten to put a card through my door (even though it would have fit through my letterbox).

They also wanted me to contact my local delivery office (who don't take calls and don't have a listed phone number) to get them to check that it wasn't just sitting in the delivery office! I spoke to Royal Mail's call centre who categorically stated that's not how they do things!

Now waiting for a refund - was never even offered a replacement being sent out, which makes me think they never had the product and never sent it out at all.

Avoid!

Avoid this company at any cost.
I ordered an item for my friends birthday.
The item never arrived after a week of waiting.
They asked me to go to my local collection point to find it if they have it as they do not track their parcels. As apparently post man sometimes would not leave the card??
Ignored my request to cancel the order. I asked 4times! Once when I called them a person said I will be given a refund but then someone else emaild me never mentioning it.
Eventually my money was refunded after i told them that I would report the company to my local trading standards.
They also apparently send a second item which I never asked for.
I only wanted a refund.
They asked for me to notify them if it arrives. Guess what it never did.
I had to find an item somewhere else and was very embarrased in front of my friend who received his present almost 2 weeks late. Not mentioning the hassle I had to go through to communicate with them to sort this out.
Not very good customer service either.

Excellent Service!

Purchased a matching case for my iPad and iPhone. Both products were very competitively priced and both arrived the next day with no issues at all. Great service - highly recommended!
