I order probably 21 items on feb 24,2023 it was suppose to come on March 7 but I got an email saying my package is delayed but now it’s March 13 I still haven’t received any updates of when my package is coming or where it is this company is not worth your money I hope this review get to the right audience DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ITS DEFINITELY A SCAM you better off going on shein

HI i purchased 18 items off Blush Mark website on feb28 ad its saying i was supposed to get my items yesterday but when i go to track my shipment its saying its not there i just wont my money back i spent over 200 dollars ad still haven't received my stuff

I'm very skeptical of these companies I see online, but the clothes are so cute and unique. I researched and read the reviews before I placed my order. I read some reviews that initially made me decide not to order. But I kept seeing this one outfit so I read the reviews again and decided to take a chance. I did and was not disappointed. I received emails regarding my order shipping etc.... I received an email when my order was delayed which was only by a couple of days. Received my order today. I'm so glad I took that chance.

I placed an order in Dec. Never received it. The post office has been good with corresponding with me. They sent the items back to the company and they actually signed gor the items, but now they are refusing to send my merchandise to me or grant me an refund so basically they just stole from me.

I placed an order with the company on the 13th of December, I was supposed to receive it on the 22nd of December, and it was delayed until the 29th. The package was stolen, and Blush Mark feels they are not responsible for refunding or resending the parcel. If I knew they wouldn't do either, I would NEVER have ordered from them. Any real business would've tried to resolve the issue, not them. Now they're giving me the run around to file a claim with the post office because it states the package was handed to someone in my home, and I sent a video showing that it was stolen from my porch like, duh, it wasn't me stealing my package. I will NEVER order from them again they need to list this in their policy somewhere.

i’m really happy i found these reviews because my crewneck shirt didn’t come on time and they charged me for shipping and when i tried emailing them and calling you can’t even get a hold of them, stop scamming people!!!!

UPDATE: I received my package on time tracking number came on delivery date I did have a hard time tracking it but after awhile I figured it out…. I waited weeks to be sent the incorrect items. It’s cute and all but not what I ordered and WAY to big for me the amount of work I have to do to return it ain’t even worth it. The correct items are dope fit well and fabric feels amazing each item has its own texture and I’m pleased with them all. First and last time ordering from them

Hello I placed an order on Dec 7th. It says it should be delivered on Dec 22nd, however there is no update after Dec 13 saying it cleared customs. I’m not in a rush to receive my package bower after reading many reviews I don’t want to miss my delivery. I have no way of tracking my package so I have no clue where it currently is my order number is BM3316618930 any update would be appreciated also how do I track my order

hey guys i don’t ever make bad reviews on any company but this is just beyond me at this point, i made an order of $200-$230 of clothes back in October i got my order and decided to return a few things so i did the return process and it’s the first week of not having received my refund i contact them and they say it’s processing and then a few weeks past i ask again for my refund they tell me they cannot send it back to my card that i can with get a check or blush-mark wallet i chose the check and sent my information i still have no refund and i’ve contacted them 31 times thorough email and all they do is run me around and tell me to be patient it is now december and i still do not have my refund!!! i don’t know what to do at this point, i will never be shopping this site again.

I will never order from this company again! It was my first and last time. They company that they use to ship packages improperly delivered my package. BlushMark and the shipping company has given my the run around and BlushMark doesn’t feel responsible. Why should a customer do all the running around to track a package with a shipping company they chose to use?! Never again 0/5

I order some stuff on here and this unprofessional trash by the name of Lambert from customer service cancel my order because I ask a question and he was the rep who was attending to me me then gonna tell me it’s gonna take me 5 days to get back my money plus how ever long my bank take to give me back

I am very disappointed in blushmark. My ordered was supposed to be delivered today. And it wasn't. I placed a ordered 3 weeks ago for my daughter and still nothing. When we purchased a couple of months ago. The items arrived on time. But this time nothing. We only have a ordered number. No tracking number. And it also says when we check the ordered. That the ordered has been transferred to YUNTU. Whatever that means. And give 5 stars if satisfied and we haven't received anything. My order number is BM3621363721.

My daughter ordered items from blush early this year for school (! $77.00) the items were poorly poorly made and what she received was not what she ordered on line! Never will i order from the network again they deceive us .ps when ask for return! They don’t send the correct one! May i have a stock opportunity because i didn’t get a refund.$77 worth plus sh! She learned her lesson with BlushMark! Please be careful everyone! Stay Blessed 😇

This was my very first time shopping with this company and will be my last I did not receive my package from them and they told me they’re not responsible for lost or stolen package this company dgaf about their customers I work hard for my money I don’t have it to just give away like that I don’t recommend them to no one they are scammers

I ordered from this company multiple times before , never had a problem! BUT THIS TIME I AM HEATED BECAUSE AT THIS POINT YALL ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MOMEY , I don’t have money to give away ! I spent money with y’all for a reason and it was not just any kind of money it was hard work earned money . My packages have never came and on top of that y’all gave me an invalid tracking number what in the world !!!!!!! My order was supposed to arrive October 10. It’s October 2 and it says it has been delivered when it hasn’t !

So I literally was about to place a $237 order because these outfits look too cute but something said girl go to the reviews cuz I usually do shein and I hate to be new with it. But now coming to the reviews I will not be placing my order because I need good quality n I need it within a week or a week in a half it's cold I can't wait as long as the rest of these ladies were talking bout. Blushmark is nothing short of a scam. Their clothes are very nice from my experience, but I went to place an order recently and discovered that I qualified for a discount. When I went to go check out, I noticed the subtotal was different than what I seen in my cart. After doing some math, the same “discount” given in the cart was added to the checkout subtotal and then “subtracted” back out. What’s the purpose of saying you’re giving out “discounts” when you’re really upping the price? Don’t buy from them.
