Not processing order in a timely matter, No communication

I placed an order on 2/25/2024, paid for express shipping items scheduled to arrive by 3/5/2024. Checking my order daily it still says processing. I reached out to blushmark by email on 2/27, received a reply saying 2 items are out of stock this would cause a delay or I have the option to cancel those and my others items to ship. I requested for my other items to ship….Still no response and my order still says processing! So basically if 1 item is not in stock you hold my entire order unless I send a concerned email!!!!! I would never have been informed unless I reach out! Bull crap, it shouldn’t allow me to purchase if it’s not available!!!!!! And there should be way more communication with people money! So of course I know my items will not be here for my birthday, so I will be returning the entire order. I have purchased here before and things went great but this is horrible and I will never order again!!!!!!!! And even when I return I will not get my express shipping fee back and says express shipping doesn’t guarantee a date, why u charge then??????

You probably wont get your package

I just ordered something from blushmark and i was hoping to get it the day it was saying but its been about 3-4 weeks and i still haven’t received my order. I ordered this outfit like last month. My outfit cost like 40 something dollars prolly might just get my money back

Terrible Communication

I placed an order on 11-27-23 and still haven’t received it as of 12-26-23. Tracking says that it cleared customs on 12-08-2023. But no update since. Horrible service

Horrible service! I ordered more than $100.00 worth of items and the package was not delivered to me and was stolen. I have video footage of the man who stole it and blush mark didn’t care. Bad quality and bad customer service

Bad quality and bad customer service. What I bought was not the same as the picture; I was speechless about the lousy quality of the outfits. I requested a refund, but they never sent me the QR code to process it at the post office. I have sent multiple emails; I even DM them and contacted them via Facebook but nothing.
Please save your money.

Return issues !

Ordered a pair of boots. The feet were 2 different sizes. Submitted refund form which says return label will be sent within 24 hours. It’s been 3 days and I’ve received no label and no response from both hello@blushmark or blcs@blushmark email addresses

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I am new customer I ordered 2 items one was a set and one was jumpsuit looked amazing in the pictures, my order wasn’t getting sent out in ages so I chased it up they notified me that they’re waiting for the one of the set to be restocked that I ordered and then they can send it?? I don’t understand why they would have it on the website if it isn’t even available!!!! When I received my order which was the jumpsuit it looked nothing like the pictures in the picture the fabric looked soft and good quality this just came with a printed on wanna be material of the picture!!!! Terrible quality and not what I paid for at all! Never ordering again and I have told all my family and friends not to.

Placed an order on Oct 3rd

Placed an order on Oct 3rd, still have yet to receive it and it’s Oct 26th. Of course my package is delayed and I’ll get 50 points (.50 cents) everyday. That doesn’t make me feel better when I spent over $200 on that order and it was suppose to be here on or by the 19th. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
