Bluespan conveys to customers on its website at the bottom of their last page: “And if you don’t love it in the first 30 days or if the quality doesn’t live up to our guarantees, you can cancel at any time.” This has not been our experience. The internet service is inadequate for us and if you try to end the relationship with them on equitable terms, they will charge you for services you will not receive. This conduct is clearly endorsed by the head of the company Scott Stace as he cut off our internet and ordered to charge our account for the remaining year of the contract. I was not notified of his decision. In my opinion, the financial penalty for canceling is unscrupulous and unfair and reflects terrible customer service.
