This place is a scam! I bought a posture corrector for my boyfriend for Christmas. I ordered it around Black Friday and it arrived a couple of weeks later, no big deal. So, I gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas and he felt it dug into his armpits, no matter how much we adjusted it. So, I planned to return it, but little did I know they only accept returns for 30 days. My fault for trying to shop early during Christmas. I tried to reason with them that it had arrived late and it was the holidays, where most companies extend their return policy, but they wouldn't budge. Annoying, but my fault I guess. Also, "100% money back guarantee" is not what it sounds like. According to their customer service rep, that actually means they'll send a warranty replacement it if something malfunctions. Not sure how "money back" works there. Then, I go to review the product on their website because I want other people to know how it is uncomfortable and they should reconsider buying. Turns out there is no where to write a review (which is why I'm here writing) and there are ZERO bad reviews about the product. Pretty sure they are all fake reviews or they paid people to write nice reviews. After further investigating around the internet, turns out other people have been scammed by this company. That's very unfortunate.

I was on the internet reading an article, when the ad for a bunion corrector popped up. After a while, I clicked on it. I read about it, and reluctantly ordered it because I had a bunion corrector before that didn't work very well. The real reason I tried this was because of the price and discount for first time buyers. This is where I should disclose that i have bi lateral shattered menisci. I received the bunion corrector, and something totally unexpected happened. The pain in my right knee didn't materialized.!! I wore it to bed, it stayed on, and when I stepped out of bed, no pain!! Then the email came about the daytime corrector, saying they can be worn with shoes. Again, price and discount. They came. I put them on and walked around my apt in sneakers. My left knees tear isn't as bad as the right, but I think in addition to that, I think I have a bone spur behind my ankle, that shortens my errands when I'm on my feet. I wore the daytime correctors, did my errands painlessly, faster, less exertion/ exhaustion. I'm not purporting a person should use these instead of care. My surgery is scheduled for next week, but I wished I had seen this product sooner. I will show them to my Dr., and let him know how much they helped me. Imagine that. It's not advertised for pain relief, and that's not what it's for. But it turned out to be a life saver to my daily living. Bless this company. PEACE.👍🏽.

To put it plain and simple this companies customer service Sucks!!!! and that is putting it mildly.

I order two products on 11/27/2020 for 2 Christmas presents. One got here in a week but guess what it did not work as advertised, which was a foot massager. The other was a neck massager that I still have not received. I was also informed that the item shipped from China, which if I knew they worked with China I would not have ordered the product.

I have sent a minimum of 10 emails with no satisfaction at all.

Stay away they are bad news.

I paid $55 dollars for ear phones and after payment I was told they do not deliver in canada and I will get refund. I have done several follow up no refund.
This is a scam company. They don't even respond to my emails for my refund.

Worst experience ever!!! The device I bought was broken after using it only two times (inflatable neck relief).

They didn’t help me with my problem I believe this brand is a SCAM!!!

They asked to send a broken device back, because probably they’re re-using the product or just refund me only half of the money I paid for something that it didn’t work at all!!! Also this stuff is not clear on their website, as they only say that they guarantee the money back if there is any problem!!! Shame on them!!!

Please don’t buy anything from them!!!

I ordered the abdominal exerciser and it lasted 40 days before not working. I was advised by them it was only warrantied for 30 days. It did work well but for 40 day but if the life is 30-60 days its not worth the money

The sizes are not clear in the size chart, or run small. I am 128 pounds, ordered small (per size chart), but I should have ordered Medium. Small is for kids. This one is too tight and small around the shoulders. Disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this crappy company.

Save your $ , it did nothing for us...

Same as another reviewer, I ordered 2 posture correctors, shipment never came. I ed mailed company and they were sending another. Didn’t gone either. I asked for refund, they said refund was coming for $4.95– I paid almost $50! I wrote back and asked what gives! No response. They are scammers! DO NOT ORDER!

If I could put down 0 stars for blue bear I would. If you want to wait well over a month to receive your product then this company is for you. I asked for a refund on my product because I never received it & was blatantly ignored & sent a new product instead. When asking once again for a refund they tried to get more money out of me by requesting i pay a fee to send back a product i did not request that they pushed on me. They dont care about the consumers needs, only getting more money. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before.

Ordered in May. Was told on May 22nd that it shipped from Inglewood, CA and was given a USPS tracking number. I emailed on June 2nd and was told it was in transit which usually takes 14 days, but it will be delivered on June 22nd or earlier. I received the product on July 6.

This company should just be honest. They create a label, then tell you it has shipped. When they eventually obtain inventory from China, this label is put on the product and given to USPS. In my case, this was over one month after they told me it had “shipped”.

This is the worst company I Have ever dealt with. I placed an order 9 weeks ago and it seems like everyone there does not give a s*#t. I have made many attempts to contact someone and have failed because there phones are undergoing maintenance bulls*#t i tried to call back in april and same thing I need this made right.

My grandmother ordered me a posture corrector from their website. After waiting several months to receive it, I went ahead and bought another from a different company. We sent the product back (unopened and unused) and now their support staff is bullying my grandma and not wanting to give her a refund. She orders stuff online every day and said she's never had so much trouble returning a package. Would not recommend with company. Take your business somewhere reliable and where the customer service representatives don't treat the customers like garbage.

This was too large for me, even on the smallest setting. It offered no relief as it did not fit properly. I'm 5'1, 105 lbs. Edit: shortly after I left the review the company reached out and asked me to either give them 5 stars, or delete the review.

My item that I ordered when I track it -it was stuck in the warehouse for 4 weeks in then another three weeks being mailed to me when received it it didn’t fit so I ask for a shipping/ return label they refused to send a shipping label That was retaliation for me asking for a refund so I paid for the shipping it’s been 2 weeks they claim they have not received it now I don’t have my money and the item I ordered

They my work for some people but for me it’s the worst scam I’ve had to date they owe me $60

Don’t spend your money here it’s a waste of time and money

I placed an order in February of 2020 and still have yet to get my package or any info regarding the package! I would not recommend unless you don't mind spending money to be ignored and blown off....

I would tell how well my bunion correctors worked to relieve my pain, but I am still waiting for the ones I ordered 5 weeks ago. They “shipped” the day I ordered them just like their website said they would. Then they sat at a USPS “partner facility” I’m assuming in the same town/city as the company itself, for 29 days. They finally had movement! Wait....to Washington state from California? I’m in Florida! Maybe I will get relief from my pain by Christmas??? Thank goodness I wasn’t waiting for something important like a cute shirt....just medical equipment! Their customer service was useless when I contacted them. Very disappointed. Will be finding another source today and hopefully canceling the order. I figure I have a couple more weeks at least at this point

Ordered a posture support in April. They charged my credit card immediately. I kept contacting them because they never shipped it. They finally shipped it when I protested the charge through American Expess. So it to over a month to get it. Quality if poor. I ordered one from a different company that works much better and isn't cheaply made.
