Bucket list holiday
Kerry my advisor, was patient and knowledgable, and guided me through the process to book my 75th year bucket list holiday.
There were a few challenges when the duplex we thought we’d booked had been taken, but Kerry was able to complete our booking for a different date.
This is second time I’ve used Blue Bay Travel. The first was last year for our 25th Anniversary and it won’t be the last

Quick Work!!
Yesterday (Sunday) we needed a booking for a cruise done very very quickly as discounts were being removed by the cruise line overnight! Contacted Leighton and within minutes it was done saving us quite a lot of money.

Booking our holiday through Blue Bay Travel was one of the best decisions we've made. Nicola was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and expertise were clear throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect holiday, answering every question and making everything feel effortless.
What really stood out was the personal service. Rather than spending hours searching online and wondering if we'd found the best option, Nicola took care of everything and gave us complete confidence that we were getting the right holiday at the best value. Her recommendations were spot on, and nothing was too much trouble.
After this experience, I genuinely don't think I'll go back to booking holidays online myself. Having someone as knowledgeable and professional as Nicola makes all the difference.
