I had a good experience!
I was searching for the agolde criss cross shorts in a size 23 and came across Blue & Cream. I read the reviews here and got a little worried about buying from them but they were the only place I'd found with a 23 and they were on sale for almost half of retail. My experience was great. I purchased on a Sunday, my order shipped Monday, and I received my item by Thursday. I didn't need to do a return, but there was an instructional card with my package on how to request one if I needed to. Overall I'm super happy with Blue & Cream!
Honest, Kind Seller Despite Covid Challenges
My family owns a shipping company and the reviews you see on this site for Blue & Cream due to shipping are understandable; however, please don't prevent you from ordering from them. Shipping is really bad everywhere at the moment and throughout this entire pandemic, so you have to be patient with all sellers.
This seller is in fact a trustworthy and kind seller. I did inquire about my shipment of a pair of Aviator Nation pants and they were honest about it. I appreciate honestly and quick response and that's what I received. The pants came within a reasonable amount of time and they were nicely packaged and beautiful on.
Blue & Cream has some really unique pieces that are difficult to find, so shop with them and just be aware shipping can be challenging for sellers. You can be assured this seller is honest and forthcoming.

Placed an order on 11/30
Placed an order on 11/30, but have not received it. The website says it hasn’t even shipped. Have sent multiple emails to the multiple addresses listed on their site, but have yet to receive a response. I’m not sure what else I could do to get my money back at this point. I get there are delays now. But - it is very frustrating to not even get a response explaining the situation.

Where is my order!
Placed my order on 11/20, reached out to them on multiple platforms (emails - no response, instagram - responded but no help was provided). On 12/2, I was told it will be shipped out the following week. 2 weeks been passed and still no shipping info. They kept saying it’s due to black friday and cyber monday sales. I ordered the item prior to the sales!!! Really poorly run company and will not recommend to anyone.

Disappointing! Credit card charged but item still have not been sent!

Don't do business with these people.
Placed order, and received confirmation 12/5, but have heard nothing since. When checking order status on their website it shows as pending. Have emailed twice with no response. When I call the posted phone #, it goes straight to a message that basically states they aren't answering and the best way to contact is by email. Clearly, they aren't going to get my item to me by Christmas and they won't respond. I want my money back.

Misleading Sale
I ordered two items on black Friday. I applied the black friday promo code and when I received the items, one was not the size I ordered and the other one was just too large. I scanned the QR code provided with my purchase to start an exchange and it says both my items are Final Sale. No where did it say that when I purchased the items or else I never would have ordered. I have contacted customer service twice online (because their phone lines are down) and have not received a response. I will never order from here again... prefer Shopbop!

Not a good experience with the online store!
I found a pair of Moussy jeans I really wanted and were on major sale for Black Friday. Unfortunately, the online site wouldn't take my first credit card (and there are no issues with it - I use it every day), wouldn't take a 2nd card (no issues with that one either) and also wouldn't take Amazon Pay from my Amazon account!! There was some problem with their site. I tried for 3 days in a row and each time it wouldn't work. Also, reached out to the help email and never got a response. I won't be shopping here ever again!

through a Google search and so glad I decided to purchase from them. Great customer service, answered all my questions. I love the discount when you sign up. My shirt was shipped the same day and arrived the next day. My shirt was packed so neatly in tissue paper and in a protective bag. Little things like that go a long way.
