AI customer service only responses

I selected the date for the replacement filters to ship and the website said they would ship on 11/01/2024. They shipped immediately. Their customer service uses the most "ignore the customers email" responses over and over and over. It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to deal with their customer service. I'll probably have to end up disputing the charge with my CC because they lack humans to read and respond to emails.

My flights got cancelled in september…

My flights got cancelled in september because the company collapsed and no one responds to me now that I solicited a refund a million times. At this point I’m feeling scammed and I am pretty sure they are not going to do anything to make this better.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience 3 flights were cancelled for no reason in September and I am owed over €500, cannot contact this crappy company emails are being non delivered. They completely scam people, and surprise surprise they went bankrupt. Horribly unprofessional! Beware and avoid these scammers

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. Claimed a refund for a flight back in 2020 and I am still waiting for an update. I have sent multiple emails with generic email response. We will contact you when the refund will be processed.
More than 2 years later with 0 updates.
All this for less than £60!

Have they gone bankrupt. Lets hope so

So. Blue air cancel flight in mat 2020. They then become completely uncontactable. See other reports about phonelines, cut offs, robots, not responding to emails, website etc and then shutting down their social media. Then... they contact you out the blue. Ususually in romanian. Informing you tp fill out compensation forms. These forms are challenging. Often requiring IBANS and for you to convert euros or GBP into Romanian currency. Then... they ignore you. For months. Then, when all hope is lost they tell you can whistle for your refund but you can have it in credits (for flights not from the UK). Hmmm. 2 years pass and then out of the blue they contact you sayimg you van have your money back, fill out the same online form (Iban etc) but crucially you cant access your booking details as theyve deleted it as its more than 2years. Undeterred you complete the forms and..... see previous. They deny your claim, offer credits, stop responding etc etc etc. Please please do not use this company. Pay extra and go with a reputable airline

Still waiting for my money since…

Still waiting for my money since 2030!!! They are thieves!!! They should go out of business and directly to jail!

Had my flights canceled in summer 2020, followed their "procedure" to get my money back but guess what? Still waiting and they are not reachable anymore. Horrible way of doing business. Never had any issues like that with other airlines when flights were canceled.

Avoid at any cost

Cancelled x2 flights, all money refunded to their wallet which is not refundable, now they don't have flights available. I have almost £400 stuck. Avoid this company at any cost. Scammers which are not responding to calls or emails.

A V O I D THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !

I have flown tens of airline all over the globe but failed to meet one worse than Blueair. Apparently they cancel 50% of the flights (or more). Then you can't really get your money back, they credit your blue air account and tell you that your funds will expire in 2 years. Then 2 months later they email you that the two years have passed. It's really funny, when you think they've hit the bottom, they surprise you again. A V O I D

repeatedly cancelling flights and delaying refunds forever. Avoid at all costs.

The Romanian Consumer's Protection Authority audited and fined them just recently (June 2022). yet, they do not seem to care for refunding the money they got no good legal reason to hold.

BLUEAIR is a FRAUD

Simply a disaster. I booked flight from Catania to Turin for my whole family for the summer at a very good price (€350 for 5). Two months later I received an email saying the flight was cancelled. I rushed to buy an alternative flight with Ryanair for more than twice the price and the next day we Ryanair was unaffordable on the same day. A few days later Blueair wrote me saying they sent the cancellation email by mistake and to please ignore. I was outraged. It is impossible to speak to them. I wrote them on their website form 5 times asking for a refund. I only managed to get an appropriate response two months later and yet no refund. Conclusion this airline is a disgrace and the regulator allowing it to fly and interact with travellers is even more so.
Conclusion this mistake will cost me dearly. Extra night at the hotel, extra day of car rental, over €400 more to fly and a day of holiday.
AVOID IT IS A FRAUD

Extremely poor customer service

It's impossible to get in touch with someone.

I'm trying to book a flight, but I'm seeing one price listed per person, and a higher price for the total (nothing extra was added). Plus my BlueBenefit is not being applied.

- I tried emailing them. It's been over 2 weeks with no reply.
- I tried calling them, but the waiting times are way too long, not to mention the fees are huge for trying to find a fix for issues they're having with their website and booking system.
- The chat option is useless. The robot is only able to help with very generic things, and you cannot be redirected to talk to a human.

I've used BlueAir for years and I must say, I'm getting more and more disappointed every time. I regret purchasing the BlueBenefit package since it looks like I won't be able to use it anyway. At this point it honestly feels like they're becoming a scam...

Extremely difficult to get any support.

Spent more than 4 hours waiting on the phone, almost every time after 48 minutes or so the call was abruptly interrupted or a robot responded saying "I am sorry, we are experiencing system problems, try again later"... I tried also to call the agencies, also no luck ... eventually they replied to a complaint ticket with the reservation code that I was missing (paid the ticket but did not receive the confirmation)

Flight 0B 6856 canceled without reason…

Flight 0B 6856 canceled without reason and no options for refund. They just offered money in blueair wallet or to choose another date - We are in danger in missing critical medical appointments . Of course no reply from the company on request number 165637. UPDATE: the flight chosen as replacement and the return flight were cancelled too. No answers on the phone. They continue to sell tickets to the cancelled flights. We asked the bank to cancel the transactions and recover the money.

Very unprofessional...

Very unprofessional.... I would call them thieves.
On search engine the price seems competitive, but after you book, they charge you Even for The seats, not to mention that the luggage or other services are much more expensive than other companies.
And even if you pay for the seats, the surprise is that you still don’t get the ones you’ve chosen and it’s almost impossible to get in touch with any support staff

You arrive to your destination with them

In the end you get to your destination, but their policies feel outdated, the customer service acts like they are trying to avoid phone calls. I've been in line for two times over an our just to be told in the end that they cannot answer due to a technical error.
I recommend contacting the company through social media platforms.
