Great service

Great service, low pressure sales, friendly manner. Polite and accommodating. I spoke to Ben initially, and then brought my car from Victor, and would recommend both if you need a new car....really happy woth mine, thank you!

Searched for a few weeks for a…

Searched for a few weeks for a replacement car. My daughter eventually found what I was looking for with Bluauto in her area. She saw it on the forecourt when the site was closed but spoke to Ben the following day and arranged a test drive. Ben couldn’t have been more helpful. The service history was up to date, also the MOT etc. I asked about delivery. That was also arranged very quickly at a very reasonable charge. My car was delivered within the week. I’m so pleased with the car, the service received from Ben and his colleague (Ben 2) was second to none. My daughter says she’s going back to Bluauto when she’s up for another car! Friendly, polite, helpful and most importantly, not pushy! Thanks. Superb service.

Diagnostic skills and customer service leave a lot to be desired!

Before I start with explaining about the problem I encountered this week I should say I've been a customer of Blue Auto for at least 5 years with regular annual servicing, cam belt replacing etc.
My recent problem was a suspension knock on the right side of my vehicle, a 2016 Nissan Qashqai. I booked an appointment for a diagnosis on the 30th May, cost £65.00 including vat. Their opinion was the problem was the front lower suspension arm. This surprised me as my son in law ( a mechanic with JCB ) had replaced both suspension arms at Easter. due them being advisories on the MOT.
However they insisted this was the problem & as they had been difficult to fit, by my son in law, I went ahead with their recommended replacement on one side (offside) on 9th June at a cost of £340.83. This was against my son in laws advice, who had checked his work and pronounced it OK.
Guess what it made no difference to the knocking noise!
When I went back the following day I was less than impressed with their customer service. They were to busy to come for a test drive in my car to hear the problem for them self, no offer to leave it with them for re-investigation that day, bear in mind these 2 appointments had taken 10 days to arrange. They did offer to look again in 2 days time and when I brought up the cost of this new investigation I was informed they had to cover their costs! This was after spending a total of £405.83 to fix the problem in the first place.
Not impressed, an ex Blue Auto Customer.

Excellent customer service

After looking for a short while on various vehicle websites for an Audi avant and particularly a black edition, I found one at Blu auto
I made arrangements to travel 2 1/2 hours to view it (which turned out 4 hrs with roadworks and diversions)
When we arrived we were met by Ben who made us feel welcome straight away he offered us coffee before viewing the car
Throughout the viewing the vehicle there was no sales pressure and the whole experience was very professional
A couple of minor points that I had picked out on the vehicle were either rectified or are being sorted
The vehicle was missing the rear parcel shelf which Ben is in the process of contacting the previous owner to trace before sending it on to me excellent customer service.
Then to top it off due to the distance and time we had travelled to view the vehicle we negotiated the vehicle was going to be delivered to my home address free of charge again can’t fault the service
The vehicle came with all service history and other relevant paperwork fully valeted inside and out
Great vehicle in superb condition

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone buying a good car and the service I have received so far has been impeccable and thanks Ben for dealing with us
