Ordered a birthday arrangement $120.00 paid for expedited delivery same day never delivered called customer service all day was hung up on ~ when I finally got through my call was transferred I was not Told they did not have any information ~ if you track on their website it still says out for delivery it is now 12;00 am place is a scam STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER

stay away from this scam company

stay away from this scam company! i ordered flowers May 4, 2024 for our dear friend who lost partner. to be delivered same day or next. i received an email saying delivered. come monday still nothing from our friend. feeling something not right i finally asked her. no flowers! i called. told give them 24-48 hrs and will call back. nothing,. i called back. told flowers higher this week due to mother's day! not my problem! i ordered over a week before holiday! told delivery hard as shorthanded. again not my issue! this should have been prioritized as their fault. said friday saturday or sunday. i said not sunday as she will not be home to receive! today i received an email saying delayed! funeral over with now ! i was given $5 off! plus a $10 coupon which i told him to keep! i will never ever order from this horrid company again our best friend nothing from us in her time of needing comfort! worst florist i have ever dealt with! go elsewhere!!!

This place is a joke

This place is a joke! do not order from them. I ordered flowers for a funeral, 2 days before they funeral they called me and wanted an additional 16.00 for the order, I was upset, had no time to reorder, so i paid it, The next day they called and wanted an additional 18.00 before they delivered claiming the cost of flowers had went up. I told them I was not playing this game, and demaned a refund, of all my money and cancel my order

Do NOT trust this florist, they did not get my mothers day flowers out and ruined mothers day for me and my mom, horrible experience.

COMPLETE SCAM!

COMPLETE SCAM!! Do not use this company! Ordered flowers and got a message they were delivered. Never delivered. Called Customer Service several times and they kept saying they would check with delivery and put you on hold for 10 minutes and then come back and say they have to check with delivery and you will get an email in 24-48 hours. Cancelled with our credit card company and reported them to BBB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY- SCAM!

DON'T EVER USE "BLOSSOM FLOWER…

DON'T EVER USE "BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY"!!! I ordered flowers for a funeral and not only weren't they delivered on the date needed, but they weren't even the flowers I requested. What a disappointment. WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH!!!

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called before I placed the order to ensure they could fill it. I purchased 150.00 arrangement with balloons. It showed up a day late no balloons and an substandard arrangement that looked like it cost 5$ from a gas station counter. Do NOT USE THES PEOPLE!!!! there service is absolutely horrific. Also you will not be getting any of your money back. So don't waste your time calling them. What a joke!!!

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They will take your money and you will not get what you paid for if even get anything. I placed an order to be delivered on Feb 18th, paid for expedited service no less. Not only wasn't it delivered, I got an email telling me it was when it was not. Then the person on the phone from the company telling me it was delayed, then changed her story and said it was, then said I selected next available date.. every time she called me to "update" me, she called from a spoofed number. It is now Feb 19th, after 4pm EST and nothing has been delivered. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE, you will 100% regret it.

Oh boy

Oh boy, like so many others, I wish I had read this review site before I ordered from Blossoms. I am appalled and disappointed with their lack of customer service and their constant evading of the truth, trying to side-step the issues that I had with my order. I rang up (from England) on 22nd December to order a birthday bouquet for my sister who lives in NY. I specified the arrangement that I wanted and also emphasised that I wanted three yellow roses as per the photo on the website. I repeated my request several times and the man I spoke to asked if I wanted more yellow roses but I said no, because there is a special significance for three. I also requested that the delivery was in the morning because my sister would be out in the afternoon. The confirmation came back about the delivery time etc but I noticed he had merged my address in England along side my sister's in NY. Another email came along asking where I wanted them delivered (!) So I sent a reply once again giving my sister's address. Five days later on my sister's birthday, the flowers had not been delivered in the morning but they had sent an email (at approximately 1300 hours USA time) letting me know that there would be a substitution for the hydrangeas. There was nothing on the email to ask me to confirm that this was ok so I took it that it was a given. However, I rang them up (more cost) to ask why it had taken them so long to let me know about the substitutions and why the flowers had not been delivered in the morning as I had requested. The answer was that they were waiting for me to ok the substitutions. I was very annoyed by this time but emphasised once again that as long as they included the yellow roses this was ok. They then rang my sister on her mobile 'phone to ask about delivery and she told them to deliver the next day. All very disappointing. I wrote a very stern letter to Blossoms saying how unprofessional they are, incompetent etc and received one back with an apology but that the flowers they would be sending next day would be full and beautiful. They weren't. Adding insult to injury they had given three red roses instead of yellow. Once again, a stiff email from me followed then I rang them asking for a refund which they said they couldn't give so I asked for the yellow roses to be delivered separately. They asked me to send a photo of the flowers and would be contacting the flower designer. I then received another email again with apologies (too late) and a 10% refund. Whoopy doo. After forking out $84 plus, which is approximately £64, this equates to the grand sum of just over £5. Considering I have also spent nearly £40 in telephone calls, this is an insult. So like so many other people, I would not recommend using these people and will never, ever use them again myself. Ever. DO NOT USE THEM.

LIES, LIES, LIES!!

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's 23rd birthday, the night before her birthday and asked that it be delivered before 5:00pm, if possible. The day flowers were to be delivered and they had not been delivered yet at 4:00pm, I called and spoke with an agent who told me "the driver was in the area and delivery would be made before 5. At 4:30 I called again and was told "the driver is 5 mins. away. At 4:55 I called again and was told AGAIN, "the driver is 5 mins. away. At 5:15 I called again and was told, "the driver is not answering the phone". Their website says, "residence deliveries would be made after 6:00pm, so I knew the delivery was not going to be made. At 6:50 I called them and gave them a piece of my mind and said there was no way I was paying for flowers that never got delivered and that I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card. MIRACULOUSLY at 6:55 I received an email telling me the flowers were delivered! Lie, Lie, Lie!! Flowers were not delivered! I called them ONE LAST TIME the flowers were not delivered and that they did nothing but lie to me the whole day and probably NEVER had any intention of EVER delivering the flowers! They told me the flowers were delivered at 6:42 and were left on the porch, because no one was home. LIE, LIE, LIE!! My granddaughter was home all day and was expecting the delivery. The company told me earlier in the day they NEVER leave flowers on the porch, unless instructed by the purchaser, which I DID NOT. This company stole from me and disappointed my granddaughter. My credit card company has refunded my money...NOT BLOSSOM, and I have intentions to sue the company for internet fraud and THEFT!! PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it!!!

MY SON WAS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH COVID 19, VERY SICK. I ORDERED 2 FLOWERS, BALLOONS, AND A TEDDY BEAR. I RECEIVED THE 2 FLOWERS, BUT I ONLY RECEIVED 1/2 THE BALLOONS, AND A VERY SMALL TEDDY BEAR, BUT WAS CHARGED FOR A LARGE TEDDY BEAR. AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK, FOR WHAT I DIDN'T RECEIVED, AND FOR THE MINITURE TEDDY BEAR I RECEIVED AND AS FOR AS I'M CONCERNED THEY STOLE FROM ME. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME WHILE MY SON WAS VERY SICK. SHAME ON YOU.

worst experience ever

worst experience ever
i live in B.C. and i wanted to send some flowers to my mom in thunderbay ontario, this store was recommended.
i am warning everyone DO NOT GET FLOWERS HERE
i ordered a 100.00 arrangement of happy spring flowers with some yellow roses (my moms fav.) and instead they sent her 7 red roses the total opposite of what i wanted
when i called and confronted them they told me that i have to send a picture of the flowers that was sent,
i told her that if she wanted me to send a picture then she can send me a ticket to fly from B.C. to thunderbay then i can get that for her.
my mom lives in a retirement home and is half blind and to top it all off right now they are on lockdown so no-one is allowed to visit
when i told the woman this she said ok then sent me a email saying that they had a shortage of flowers so they had to compromise.
how on earth did they go from 100.00 flower arrangement with 2-3 yellow roses to 7 red roses and just plain no babies breath or greenery just plain roses
this place is a rip off and i really hope people read the reviews before buying anything from them

Worst company for flowers

Worst company for flowers. Don't use them!!!! Complete joke. Gave them my order, they took it for a Saturday delivery, then said they couldn't deliver it and said it would be Sunday Mother's Day, I thought ok no sweat. Then today said they could not deliver again. Unacceptable. Got a text saying it was a remote location would have to be mailed on Monday. Ormond Beach, FL is not remote. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else

Horrendous company that has absolutely zero standards or integrity; this place is a SCAM!!!! Awful customer service, they misrepresent their products so they can profit by deceiving their customers. Please save yourself the frustration and go else where!

I had a horrible experience today with…

I had a horrible experience today with Blossoms Florist in Buffalo NY. I ordered an arrangement on 4/21 with Chelsea to be delivered to my granddaughter's bridal shower at a restaurant on 4/25 by 11:00 am. I live in CT and could not be there so I wanted to surprise her with the flowers. The maid of honor texted me at 12 noon that the flowers had not been delivered. She checked other areas of the restaurant. I called several times and each time I got a recording telling me that my wait time was 15 seconds but nobody picked up. I called as if I was going to place an order and got a live person (Nicole). She kept saying she didn't have details although she was at the florist but would not check on it and transferred me while I was talking. I went through their messenger system and voice mail and still no phone call with an explanation. I will file a dispute with my credit card company, but I am very, very disappointed with Blossoms Florist and should have 1) checked the reviews first and 2) gone through my florist here in CT and let them resolve the issue. I don't think the staff gives a damn what their customers think.

Looks elsewhere for flowers don't look here

Wish I would have looked at reviews before using this company, this was my first and will be my last. I thought they were a local florist located next to my sisters house. They have on their website free delivery which is false they charge for delivery and a handling. They sent me an email stating the had to change the arrangement my sister still has not received the flowers it has been 3 days now, and I was on hold for 10 minutes and could not speak to anyone about the order. What is going on with your company. Will not use your services again. Will not refer you to anyone. Not happy at all, very bad customer service.
