Based on what I have witnessed, I have serious concerns about how this business has been managed, after failing to take over the ownership of Spoilt Rotten Beads.

There have been significant changes following the previous business, and I would encourage anyone considering purchasing to do their own research before placing an order.

I would avoid this company and encourage anyone considering dealing with them to carry out their own due diligence first. I have serious concerns about how the business has been run. Former staff remain unpaid, communication has been poor, and the Companies House records show links between several companies that are worth looking into before making any decisions.

Treat staff very poorly. Stolen products to build new business. Don’t know anything about beads. Wouldn’t advise purchasing or doing business with this company.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company, which took over Spoilt Rotten Beads, to carry out their own due diligence and review the publicly available records before placing an order.

Proceed with caution. This company was previously known as Spoilt Rotten Beads which was a reputable company until the new owners took over in April. Staff and customers were treated appallingly. Staff were left with unpaid wages and unpaid redundancy. Best avoided.

Do not do business with this company! They are stealing the customers and goodwill from a business previously called SRB or Spoilt Rotten Beads, which was an excellent beads and crafts company built from scratch many many years ago, with an amazing owner, happy staff and above all Integrity! Please avoid this sham/scam of a company and buy your beads from someone who cares.

Based on my experience, I would be cautious when dealing with this company. My understanding is that a business sale remains unpaid in part, staff were made redundant and not been paid. All communication has been poor and with incorrect information. Company records on Companies House show links between several companies, and I encourage anyone considering doing business with them to carry out their own due diligence.

This company is a new start up from new owners of previous SPOILT ROTTEN BEADS.
Owners have treated existing SRB staff appallingly which include no wages, no redundancy payments and clearing out the previous shop without informing employees.

This company may be seen to serve customers yet the bottom line is they are tax evaders and owe monies to many creditors.
