Confirmed an order for funeral flowers all day — they never arrived. Every call led to no answers. On a day that required reliability and respect, this company failed completely. I’ll be warning others so no one else experiences this.

Ordered a beautiful flower arrangement on line the previous day and they failed to deliver the following day. Said it would be delivered by 5pm. Nothing delivered by 7:30pm. Had to cancel the order. Since it was for a Birthday, it was a tremendous FAIL.
Will never use them again and would recommend that no one else does.

Obviously I should have checked their reviews. They totally didn't deliver my wife's flowers for our anniversary. After 4 phone calls they still didn't deliver them. Calling my credit card to ensure I am not billed

This company is a joke. Never got my flowers and customer service wasn’t really a help.

It’s actually a zero star review. Ordered a funeral arrangement that never showed up. I called and they didn’t even have a way to trace what happened. I was on the phone with their team about 5- 6 times to try and confirm shipment until I had enough. Was going in circles. They don’t have a way to track shipments…only taking the word of their local supplier. I had enough and ask to cancel…which they just quickly refunded and said…oops sorry.

If you want your flowers arrangements to never arrival, be stressed and frustrated…go ahead and wasted your time these guys.

They really need to be sue or go out of business for the lack bring so much stress to so many people.

They managed to ruin the entire experience i was going for, purple vase ended up clear and no baloons, which turned up as a joke of a flower delivery when I needed it on point, they failed miserably! customer service agent (Audrey) was rude and short with me unapologetic and could be less concerned. They lost my business

Abysmal experience. Blooms Today is an expensive version of F-Troop. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Please do not buy flowers from this place! I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day and scheduled them to arrive that day. Unfortunately, the flowers never showed up, and it was a huge disappointment, especially on such a meaningful occasion.

I got cheap flowers, not the flowers advertised, for an arrangement that cost over $70. Buy your own flowers or find a better place to order from.

Extremely Disappointed – Couldn’t Deliver a Simple Order

I placed an order with Blooms Today to have flowers delivered to someone very special to me—this wasn’t just a routine delivery, it meant a lot. I provided clear instructions for delivery to SeaTac International Airport, a location tens of thousands of people visit daily with no issue. Yet, the driver contacted me the day of delivery saying they couldn't deliver due to “no parking space"! I didn't ask them to park, I asked them to make a very clear and easy delivery. That was it—no real effort to find a solution, no follow-up, and no alternative offered.

What’s worse is this last-minute cancellation completely ruined a meaningful gesture. The whole point of ordering a day in advance was to make sure it got there on time, that same time I paid extra for. Instead, I was left scrambling with no resolve as of this writing.

Blooms Today showed zero flexibility or commitment to customer satisfaction. If you need your flowers delivered reliably, especially for something important, I suggest finding another company that actually follows through, maybe a company committed to your business.

Horrible flowers, nothing like advertised. I Wish I can leave a picture of the advertised and what was delivered. Do better blooms today!

Absolutely shit. Over promise and can’t deliver

I will NEVER order from this company ever again!! Paid extra for express delivery that never arrived.

Terrible service. Waited for delivery that didn’t arrive when I was told it would. Will never use them again! And this was for a special occasion.

I would like to recommend this flower shop. The delivery came on time and the flower arrangement was really nice and looks really like the picture. Thank you Blooms Today. And I will definitely order from here next time.

This company is a joke. I gave them 2 opportunities to deliver flowers that never showed up! They even emailed me saying it was delivered and never was. Contacting BBB

I wish I can give 0 stars. The flowers were never received and customer service lied that they were delivered. Reporting them as a fraud.
