Pavan was so lovely to work with! So kind and so professional, with amazing communication. ❤️

She did a horrible job with the backdrop. The font of the writing that we wanted was not upto standard. The letters were messed up and it was too small. We asked for clouds and the cutouts looked horrible, with harsh edges and it just looked liked a child had cut it out. It wasn’t up to the standard for the price that we were paying. The ballon’s were only done on one side of the backdrop with gaps in the middle and when we told her we didn’t like it, she told us that, “that’s our opinion but that’s her style of work”, not accepting any accountability whatsoever. This is her field of work and we not know about anything, so instead of communicating with us like any previous artists have, she just did what she wanted and we had to deal with it ,according to her. She gave us no refund and said the only thing she could do was offer a discount next time we worked with her, knowing well that we will NEVER be using her again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I sent a reference pic and asked her to replicate, she did not even come close to it. There was no communication with me through the process until she made the whole product. The cardboard cloud cutouts looked like kids cut them out, they were rigid on the ends and looked so messy on the board. The writing was so small, barely visible and the letters were not even written out properly, the stickers were joined at the spine and you couldn’t even make out what was written, and the balloon arch had gaps in it which made it look odd in real life and especially in photos. When we told her this at the time she came to collect the board back, she was incredibly rude and said that we should’ve “looked at her work” and known that’s just how she does things. We paid £320 and the entire event of ours was wasted because we couldn’t even take the pictures we wanted for my newborn nephew. Ontop of that she was incredibly rude, laughing and making sarcastic comments as we told her what the issue was and refused to give any sort of compensation until we sent her a paragraph threatening to take legal action using consumer rights laws. Be careful when ordering from her.

A huge thank you to the Pavan @bloomsofficial for organising such a fantastic 5th birthday party for my son! From start to finish everything was so well planned, fun, and stress-free for us as parents. The kids had an amazing time and haven’t stopped talking about it since!
Pavan was friendly, organised, and communicated well throughout. It really made the day special for our little one.
We truly appreciate all the effort that went into making his birthday so memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to host a children’s party!

Pavan was so helpful while we were deciding what we were looking for especially as I was so unsure. She was happy for a lot of back and forth and I always received a prompt response from her, especially where other companies don’t get back to you at all! She relieved a lot of stress for us in a hectic period by being accommodating with timings etc. I will definitely be using the team again for decor!

Pavan did an absolutely amazing job bringing my vision to life for my wedding morning backdrop and gurdwara backdrop. She executed every detail perfectly, staying true to what I had envisioned down to the tiniest touches. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent and incredibly helpful. The backdrops turned out stunning—everyone loved them, and I received so many compliments! Working with her was such a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Pavan and the Blooms team! From start to finish, she made my partner’s 30th birthday an absolute dream. The decor was stunning. Every single detail was thought through to perfection. She completely transformed the space and brought our vision to life better than we could’ve imagined.

Pavan was so organised, professional and warm throughout the entire process. She arrived on time, coordinated everything seamlessly, and made the whole evening completely stress-free for us. She managed all the different vendors and on-site staff like a total pro, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

She has such a creative eye and was always happy to share ideas and work within our budget. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants their event to be perfect - and ours truly was. Everyone complimented how beautiful everything looked and how smoothly the night ran; we’re still getting messages about it!

To top it all off, her partner handled the catering, which was just as exceptional. Honestly, the whole experience felt five star from beginning to end. I can’t recommend Blooms enough - she really goes the extra mile and turns your dream event into reality. We’ll definitely be using her again for future celebrations.

Beautiful design balloons for baby shower we loved it so perfect and matched to the theme of baby in bloom. She added in some extras and couldnt believe how beautiful it all looked!

Pavan is such a lovely girl.
When I first messaged her, she gave me such a fast reply and we was able to discuss the display in just a day, she gave me many options to add and I trusted her to work her magic. When me and my mum saw the display, we were absolutely in love with it. She really puts a lot of effort into her work and we appreciate it.
