Valentine's Extortion

I bought a Valentine's bouquet this week. It was €95.90 for the bouquet. I know it's overpriced, but it is what it for this Day, so I willingly pushed the boat out and went for it. And it's a lovely bouquet.

However, when I collected it yesterday, they gave me the bouquet with no holder or anything - it was just sitting in the clear plastic, water-filled ball at the end of it. In such a way as it would even stand on its own. I would have expected a cardboard box, stand/holder for that price. As the bouquet couldn't even stand, I had to go back to the shop (main street, Raheny village) and ask for a box to put it in. They said they could give me one, but demanded an extra €3 for it!!!?? After spending €95.90 and being presented with something that wasn't fit for purpose, I thought it was outrageous to extort an extra €3 out of me for a bit of cardboard that clearly should have been provided in the first place. Disgraceful carry on. I'll never be back.
