Working with Bloomerang is great! Their support staff is always friendly and professional. And if they don't know the answer to a question, they will work on it until they get one, rather than passing me on to other people and making me explain my problem all over again.

While the system itself is fairly easy to use by comparison to others, it lacks the tools to respond to current trends in creating donor forms as well as file segmentation for AB testing. Also, unlike other platforms at similar price points, it does not include a tools for auction, event, and P2P campaigns.

Our nonprofit has been very satisfied with Bloomerang for over 6 years now. Customer service has always been stellar and improvements are made in the software on a continuing basis. We appreciate, too, that they have kept their pricing reasonable. Great marketing information support and education. I don't know what we would have done without Bloomerang for donor management. One of the best decisions we have made in the development of our ministry and feel blessed to have it!

Bloomerang is very intuitive for non-techies. They offer frequent workshops on many aspects of fundraising and donor relations that are filled with good advice.

For someone who has never worked with a donor database before, this one is incredibly intuitive! I appreciate how willing the chat/phone line is to help when I'm stuck and how seamless they make just about every function. They're always improving and it makes my life a thousand times easier.

Great donor management software for the small to mid-size non-profit organizations. Training opportunities available. Very user-friendly.

The platform is easy to use and the tech support is excellent. I do, however, find some difficulty with the steps when running reports as it is not always intuitive and usually requires an online chat with tech support if you're not familiar with running reports on a consistent basis.
Otherwise, Bloomerang provides us everything we need for our donor management system.

Our experience with Bloomerang has been excellent. From the start and at each step along the process to convert our info into their software each person who has been involved has kept us informed, answered questions and guided us. Some reports were structured at the time of conversion but for any specialty reports that we needed to create they explained how to add the criteria to get the desired outcome in the report. This is definitely a step up from trying to do everything on a spreadsheet as we previously did.

The option for National Change of Address information reporting is well worth the expense if you do any mailings to donors.

Overall, great service. However, It would be so much easier if it were possible to edit individual letters in a batch or at least have the ability download letters to word for editing/moving to a letterhead template, but it only give you the option to download to pdf. So kind of a hassle.
