Bloomerang's Customer Service is Top Notch! Their chat function is by far the most helpful support chat out there.

We are a small nonprofit and our staff is older; not very computer literate. We chose Bloomerang because our research told us it was easier to use than other CRM and that a small organization would fit and be welcomed. Nonetheless, it has taken us a year or more to be able to understand and use this software in meaningful ways. BUT... now we simply couldn't do without it! Between the financial reorganization, constituent database, and ever patient "Bloomerang Support Team," we have "refashioned" ourselves! Our purchase of "Live Support" has been worth every penny! We don't hesitate to recommend Bloomerang to anyone looking for a good CRM.

Bloomerang is easy to learn with fantastic chat and online support. They provide a number of webinars to help you learn how to use the features of Bloomerang more effectively.

As a donor database Bloomerang is easy to use. We were told Bloomerang could do memberships, however I had to create custom fields to be able to maintain my membership customers. As it does not have any back end working for these custom fields for rolling forward data, all membership data changes must be entered / changed be hand. If you are buying Bloomerang to replace a membership database, keep this in mind.

We are a small non-profit, but we are growing and needed the support of a CRM. After a lot of investigation we chose Bloomerang. One of the most helpful investments we made was to have Bloomerang Support. They have always been available to patiently teach and guide us as we learn how to operate in this "new world" for us. I aways get off the phone with Bloomerang Support feeling grateful!

The online database is exactly what we need: easy to use, easy to learn, excellent tutorials on all the customizable features for reports and donations. Bloomerang has always been very responsive to any questions. We can produce reports, segment donors, send acknowledgment letters of several different types and much, much more. The database is very interactive and customizable to our needs.

We've been using Bloomerang for just over 10 months now. It was very scary looking ahead into changing CRM software at our nonprofit, particularly as the switchover was going to be during our Christmas appeal, the busiest time of the year. But the Bloomerang staff were excellent, anticipating what our issues were likely to be, and creating a path that took us through the changes without a "slowdown" in returning our thanks to our donors, and without a pileup of work for our data entry folks - two of the things I was most worried about. Our monthly recurring program came over to Bloomerang seamlessly, and with improvements. Reports are SO much easier! Working with specific groups of people is also something we can do now with much more control. The one area that isn't quite as complete as our previous CRM is the Tribute area, for honor and memorial cards to be sent out. We knew this area wasn't fully developed in Bloomerang going in to our conversion, but we decided there were so many more benefits that we would bank on finding a work around. We are not sorry! The work around was easy (we set up custom fields), it works well, and though the relationships involved in the giving/sending of cards are not fully traceable in our database, we have found that this is only a secondary issue. The actual function of merging and printing the cards is so much easier and faster than before. We are continually finding things that surprise and please us. Just yesterday I heard my colleague say, "I think I'm in love!" She had just completed in a few minutes what she had previously dreaded, because it would take her several hours of convoluted work every year. I have found this true in my own tasks, too. Bloomerang beautifully simplifies things, and we are only beginning to scratch the surface of what this robust solution can help us do!

Bloomerang is an amazing platform that allows me to truly develop my donor base. The staff is incredibly responsive to any questions and any problems have been resolved quickly. It's easy to maintain relationships with donors via email, letters, and/or phone calls. I highly recommend Bloomerang to everyone I know who works with fundraising and/or donors.
