I received The Jade in a parcel box from my daughter (Jade!) and was over the moon to find each exquisite flower laid perfectly. You can see they take good care when packing their flowers. I can honestly say it is the best bunch of flowers I have ever received. So much so I'm going to treat myself to another bunch when they're gone. The scent is just as beautiful as the flowers and lasts a long time. They came with two sachets of food so i've fed them again when changing their water and they are still blooming!
Top quality flowers that I haven't been able to find anywhere else.
Delivery was prompt too, my daughter told me what time to expect a parcel and sure enough they arrived on time.
I highly recommend Bloom & Wild and will be ordering from them again and again.

Ordered the letterbox flowers as a gift for my friend who was recovering after an operation. The flowers arrived with the water all spilt out into the box and the flowers were already starting to wilt… the flowers didn’t even last a week before having to be binned as the were all brown and wilted. I also paid extra for one of their cookies which was rock hard and inedible! Wouldn’t order from here again.. very disappointing especially considering the price.

I tried several times to order on line but wouldn't connect to "pay now"
Messaged my problem and the response to call a number which I did...said they couldn't connect me to secure payment line and would call back within 10 minutes....no call back,I call again and was told I would be connected to secure payment just left listening to dire music...... something is amiss !

After committing to a delivery next day, late in the day they emailed to say they could only deliver the day after. Better they had not accepted the order in the first place as it is now too late to find another company to deliver in time.

Poor. Will not try to use again.

Ordered an offer for myself to cheer myself up called The Faye. Didn’t arrive on time and when did arrive 3 days later they was dead

I have ordered both flowers and plants from Bloom & Wild for some years, and can highly recommend them. The prices are very good, the quality of the plants and flowers is superb, delivery is excellent, and everyone who has received them has been delighted...what more can I say!

I've been the lucky recipient of two bouquets from this company and I've just sent one based on my own experience.
These bouquets are exceptional and great value for money. If the treatment plans are followed, which are included, they will last for weeks. Don't be disheartened when the box pops through your door and you open it up to reveal buds that you may think look a bit worse for wear. Within hours - they open up and within days - they look amazing. Delivery times are brilliant too. You will not be disappointed. 100% recommend

Ordered Cheese scones gift set for two.Theyl couldn't deliver on the date ,which they let me know also credit my account with £10;Which was so good of them the cheese scones came the next day which was good and wasn't for special occasion just treat for my belated birthday . The home baked cheese scones which we warm smelled and tasted delicious also came with homemade cheese twist straws also two mini jars of onion relishes
Plus two breakfast tea bags have a cuppa with the delicious cheese scones etc. Came packed in a beautiful gift box .Excellent service highly recommend ordering this gift from Bloom and Wild .

Absolutely horrible service - shockingly so.
Flowers arrived already wilting, leaves crumbling and several flower types missing. The bouquet looked nothing like the website picture. The online app chat did not work for attaching photos. I emailed and was told that they were expect to wilt after 7 days and was given a refund in goodwill. After a rather upset phone call, they claimed that they would give a full refund though I have not heard back from them yet.
