Brought an arrangement in 2018 and it…

Brought an arrangement in 2018 and it was really nice quality and colours.

Purchased two arrangements in 2026 and they are both temu quality and expensive.
AND to return the customer needs to pay postage.

Box was extremely battered when delivered, no breakage though.

Plastic candle was covered in sticky stuff and wax? ( not a real candle so no idea why wax is on half of it).

Disappointing

Ordered and paid for items at the beginning of February, still waiting for one to arrive, despatch date has been moved 5 times, now expect it in early April….with luck!
Not a good experience, Bloom needs to sort out their supply chain.

As expected Evri have messed up this…

As expected Evri have messed up this delivery and only two out of three parcels have been received. The third was supposed to have been delivered today but it was not. The tracking says it was out for delivery but they could not deliver it. I was home all day.

Had I known that you use Evri I would not have placed the order in the first place. For this reason I will not be placing any further orders with you.

Evri is a disgrace and is harmful to the reputation of your company.

EXCESSIVE PLASTIC PACKAGING

the product was fine, but the packaging was terrible. We are meant to be reducing the amount of plastics we use - the massive unnecessary lengths of bubble wrap and sellotape were quite extraordinary. This company needs to think about its social responsibility and use more paper and eliminate the plastic wrapping... others are doing it, why not Bloom - I wrote to them with photos and never even received an acknowledgement ... terrible... I won't be ordering from them again

Dissatisfied with the delivery

Dissatisfied with the delivery, it was left at the wrong number house. It stated it was at number 47 house which is not in our street and found out after walking up and down it was actually left at number 37. Not very happy. Mrs Brook-Palmer

Poor Commication & Customer Service

I placed an order on 14th December which included a Christmas gift for my Mother-in-law, and received the email confirmation for all items. ETA was 2-4 working days. The packages arrived in dribs and drabs but I didn’t receive the Christmas gift so emailed Customer Services to track my missing item. They did respond quickly, but said that the item was out of stock. Despite having the confirmation and no subsequent communication from them to say the item was out of stock, they confirmed this was their error, but offered me a refund only. I was left without a gift for my Mother-in-law two days before Christmas and I’m still waiting for the refund 17 days later!!! Such a shame, as I’ve purchased repeatedly from Bloom over the years and love the quality of the products.

Poor Customer Service

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I arranged for a delivery a week before the date it was due. The gift never arrived so I chased up 2 days after the expected ETA. I got a standard message to say it was being collected by DPD. When I asked if that meant delivery before Christmas (today is 23rd), they said possibly not. Then I asked to speak to a manager and I was told it would be in 24-48 hours. So no gift before Xmas - very poor customer service and they really come across like they could not care less.

Poor delivery schedule, lack of communication

Order placed on the saturday and all items were in stock. I had to contact them on the thursday afternoon at 1430 as no despatch notification received to be told that it has been packed for a couple of days but just not despatched. He would chase the warehouse and get them to contact me. I phoned again at 1830 as i had no communication from them to be told it would be despatched tomorrow ( the friday) and it would take at least 5 days to arrive. This would be after christmas (there were a couple of gifts in there). I therefore asked them to cancel the order in its entirety as it would arrive too late. Not a service i would of expected as their delivery does say within 2-4 days if in stock

Inadequate packaging and poor customer service

I ordered and paid delivery charge for a small Xmas tree made up of cones - it looked delightful in the catalogue. It duly arrived and had been very poorly packaged with the result that 5 of the cones had broken off in transit and were loose in the box amidst bits of tree debris. I registered my complaint by e-mail and telephone. I now have been notified of my refund and find that this company has deducted the cost of the delivery charged that I paid. This is very unfair considering that they are at fault for the totally inadequate packaging that resulted in the necessity for me to return this item. This is very poor customer service. I will never deal with this company again no matter how attractive the items shown in their catalogue.

Order cancelled after enquiry, no explanation

Placed an order, had it confirmed. Over 2 weeks later, no update. I emailed to ask when I may expect the order. I received an email stating my order had been cancelled. No explanation, no apology, nothing. It’s a shame as I’ve bought flowers over many years as they’re good products but unfortunately service levels have really dropped so I won’t be returning.

Placed an order on 27th November with…

Placed an order on 27th November with £9.95 next day delivery stated. Received the automated order placed email. Then nothing. I rang on the day that my order should have been expected to be told not dispatched yet, I wanted to know what then happens given the fact I had paid for next day, they said they would refund part of it upon dispatch. Part refund received, but still no dispatch notification. Called again later that day to be told they had no stock and my order would come direct from the manufacturer, no email received to confirm this. Called again three working days later to find out when I could expect my order as I had received no emails yet again. I was told that my order would not be dispatched until 5th December and may take ten days. I have now had to cancel the order as I will be on holiday and I may miss delivery. I am furious about this the complete absence of any email updates is appalling and customer service is sadly lacking. I ordered from these people a number of years and had to chase that as the order had not been filled then either. I incorrectly assumed that things would have approved by now and, because I am always willing to give a second chance, I ordered again, I will not be making the same mistake again. Shambles.

Was apprehensive but 5 stars.

Was apprehensive after reading recent reviews but was kept informed at every stage from order to delivery. Prompt standard delivery,3days. Flowers top quality and fooled local florist friend at first sight. Orchid excellent value. Arrangement little expensive.

Things have changed here…

I have bought many times from Bloom over the years. Up until recently, the quality of the goods and the service have been excellent and I have written 5* reviews. However, things have changed.

Two of three orders over as many weeks have not been delivered. I was told that the first, a tree, was awaiting dispatch, only for the order to be abruptly cancelled shortly after.

In the second case, I ordered an arrangement on next day delivery but heard nothing further. I rang customer services (7p per minute call) to be initially told they don’t offer next day delivery, then that the order timing was too close to the cut off time (it was 15 minutes before it) and, finally, that the order, once again, hadn’t been dispatched.

I gather the company has changed hands, but there is no excuse for such an appalling lack of communication, misinformation or shoddy customer service. Staff are clearly poorly trained and, although they try to help, seem to be stabbing around in the dark and have little idea of how their processes should work or how to respond to customers’ expectations.

It’s such a shame.
