Great Pickups great price
Bought some P90s for my goldtop, transformed the tone. Wound my neck pickup hot, no extra cost, excellent service, have about 20 guitars so know a good pickup, these are great
. Great value for money and just great sound. Just got to find what other guitars I can put some Bloodstones into!

Absolutely delighted
Over the years I've tried several pickups from big, and not so big names without spectacular results until now. I recently heard of Bloodstone pickups on the internet and decided to contact them and discuss my needs. I found David very friendly, knowledgeable and receptive to my needs. By listening to my input and offering his advice we ended up with a pair of humbuckers which he built and I installed that turned my guitar into an absolutely stunning tone machine. I am absolutely delighted. Dave

I bought a pre-wired circuit for a self-built 335 style semi-hollow complete with switchcraft and cts components and orange drop caps and cloth-covered wiring. Installation was pretty simple using a short length of aquarists silicon tube to draw the pots and switch into position and found that the wires were long enough to position it out of sight through the f-holes. Matched with a pair of Irongear 'Blues Engine' pickups and ended up with a very versatile sound with lots of tonal variation. Any queries will be answered promptly and expert advice freely given. Full marks!

Bloodstone handmade guitar pick-ups...
This review is for Bloodstone guitar pick-ups. After a decade of exploring different pick-ups for my Fender Stratocaster ranging from Kinman noiseless, Fender Lace Sensors and various other single coil Strat pick-ups I came across David's website Blood Stone Guitar Works. David has helped me find the sound I was looking for. His pick-ups are hand wound and in that I think they capture a very human and natural magic that most pick-ups lack. My guitar now makes me want to pick it up and play. It's a strange thing, very subtle but it now feels much more tactile. I highly recommend David and his pickups to anyone looking for an authentic inspiring sound for their guitar at a very competitive price.
