As soon as I walked in to the store I felt incredibly welcome. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Wael who was a huge help. The eye test was thorough and transparent and I felt very well supported. Hard to believe it was free!! I had a great experience and can’t recommend bloobloom highly enough!

I am extremely disappointed with this service and the product I received.

I specifically paid extra for thinned / thinned-down lenses, with the clear expectation that the final glasses would look refined and wearable. What I received instead was a terrible-looking pair of glasses with excessively thick lenses visibly sticking out of the frames both sides. The result is bulky, unattractive, and completely defeats the purpose of paying for lens thinning in the first place.

The appearance is so poor that the glasses look unfinished and cheap, def will ask for a full refund.

Great staff. Very helpful. Good choice of glasses and sunglasses at a very reasonable price. No problem recommending them to anyone who needs a new pair of glasses or sunglasses. Hats off to Martin!!

Tahsin, Janisha (optician), Zozo and all staff members were very helpful. I had had a free eye test at the Marylebone branch previous month when in the area (and without having pre-booked), received my prescription right away and chosen the frames for my first-ever pair of reading glasses (actually two pairs as there is a 50% discount for the second one!) I ordered them at the Canary Wharf branch as close to my work place, and received them quite quickly along with beautiful cases & tote bags in lovely boxes. The whole process was swift and seamless. It is also great to know that Bloobloom donates a pair of glasses to people in need for every pair sold!

Beautifully made glasses (Visionary in tortoiseshell) and the company are a pleasure to deal with. My prescription is perfect and they managed to do a great job making the lenses as thin as possible. It was so easy to provide my details and upload a selfie for the measurements. Arrived beautifully boxed and with a lovely blue (or should that be bloo?) case.

The treatment in here is next level! Optician Aidan was outstanding - completely catered the whole consult to why my sight is the way it is, how it applies to my job etc! Unfortunately can’t remember store assistants name but he was so so helpful! Best experience I’ve ever had with an optician!!

In my 20 years of wearing glasses this was hands down the best experience. Free eye test at 10:25 and was out the door before 11am with my new glasses to be shipped to my home on an urgent basis. Despite the whole thing taking 35 minutes I still felt a ridiculous amount of care from both the optometrist and Abdul who is a wizard in staring at your face for five seconds and selecting the most flattering pair for my face. That’s the part that’s missing in most vendors where you just wander around trying every pair and then end up choosing something you regret because the staff don’t care enough or don’t know enough to advise. I think this is my forever glasses place finally. Well done bloobloom. Even though the name is super hard to say the brand is super cool and chic and the prices aren’t unjustifiable. Super chuffed.

I’m fairly new to wearing glasses—only a few years in—and I’m still not completely comfortable with how they look on me. Recently, I needed a new pair for long distance use, mainly for driving, but none of the major high street retailers had a style I liked. I stumbled across bloobloom online and ordered a few frames to try at home. I was really impressed with the quality and the range of styles available. I ended up choosing the same frame from my trial but in a different colour. I also had quite a few questions along the way, and the customer support team were quick to respond and incredibly helpful, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Incredibly helpful and sweet team of people. Helped me find glasses that suited my style before the free eye test, with no obligation to buy some there right away. The eye test was quick, easy and super in depth. Checking general sight, eye health and even partially colour blindness. Did end up buying glasses too, which was also just as quick and efficient too.
