Dålig kvalitet (virus) och direkt otrevligt bemötande från Blommor 4you

Köpte 32 dahlia-knölar från Blommor 4you, där hälften inte tog sig. Fick 16 ersättningsknölar (det var ju bra,därav 2 stjärnor) men 7 av dem kom aldrig upp och en planta utvecklade dahliamosaikvirus (DMV). Detta är en latent smitta från knölen som tvingade mig att bränna plantan för att skydda min odling. Totalt har över 30 % av materialet varit defekt.När jag som erfaren odlare påpekade detta sakligt fick jag ett otroligt drygt svar. Istället för att ta ansvar för det virussmittade materialet skrev de: "Du skall nog inte handla mer av oss utan försöka hitta någon annan att handla av."
Jag kommer att följa deras råd och handla hos professionella aktörer i fortsättningen.

Helt okej

När två varor saknades (totalpris 102 kr) så skickades en hundralapp och en tvåkrona med i paketet istället för varorna. Inget lurendrejeri eller så, men en konstig lösning istället för vanlig återbetalning.
