Amazing product. Convenient , effective, very easy to use. Much better than any led face mask

I have purchased several glasses for my family and I through BlockBlueLight and we are so pleased and impressed with the quality. There’s no better feeling than having peace of mind, knowing that my children’s eyes are protected while in front of a screen! Thank you for making such great quality products!

I bought some prescription blocking glasses from here and the delivery date was pushed back a month. The glasses frame feels really cheap (think those cheap sunglasses you get at the beach shop - feels like that!). The only good thing was that the customer service was responsive in the delays.

Game changer. We use these lights in the evening and morning time. They are relaxing and you feel the difference immediately. I could never go back to normal lights again after using these. Very thankful for this company.

Block Blue Light is not a good company. At first, I bought their computer glasses and they have been pretty good, up until I wore then for 3 hours straight and my left eye started to hurt. They did help at first though. I also have their book light and it's better than most out there that you find on Amazon.

Than I got some of their other products and highly disappointed in them. Their light bulbs were cheaply made and made a loud buzzing sound. I let the company know this and they demanded that I make a video of the buzzing and take a picture of the writing that is on the light bulb...why? They answered with so they can troubleshoot it enough were I keep the product instead of sending it back. Not a good sign to make your customer do user testing to return a bad product. I refused and said I no longer want the product, so they relented and said I can return them but I would need to pay for shipping it back.

I also wanted to return a couple of other items that I found of poor quality. The clip-ons that go over existing glasses I paid $74.00 for. When I received them they were cheap junk worth $15.00 and the light filters didn't seem to work well.

I also got the red light night light...I plugged that in and it hurt my eyes and I felt a strange heat on my facing coming from it. So, I let the company know I wanted to return the products for a full refund. They said fine, but I would also have to return all original packaging so they could sell the returned items as new, or they would reject the return and ship it back to me at my cost. They further demanded that I package it up real nice even though they did not do that themselves. If they found any finger prints on the clip-ons, I would be charge $15.00 for them having to clean it off. If for any reason the return is rejected, they would send the products back to me and charge me for shipping. I got all these bad products in the same order from a few days ago.

The address they want me to return the products to has a Bin number in it. So, I did some more research and discovered that the owners of the company hired a 3rd party to basically run their company for them. This 3rd party has multiple clients and it seems they are the ones with the horrible return policy or maybe the owners set it. Either way, it's the most terrible return policy I have ever seen. Designed to not be responsible or deal with bad products.

I have decided to keep the products and just throw them in the trash. I should have done my research and would have discovered others have had similar bad experiences with this place...I would have never bought the products in the first place.

We purchased an LED face mask which was going great. My wife and I felt that we were getting some benefits from the unit. Suddenly it failed and I reached out to the company, assuming they would brush me off, but, no, a staff member named Sam sent out a replacement controller straight away. The unit still didn't work so complained again and a full unit, mask and controller, was dispatched. In short, the after sales service is exemplary!

The only Company who cares about the importance of the right light for human wellbeing. We have 10 full spectrum bulbs which provide the perfect light for different times of day.

Starting to get heaps better sleep and it’s only been just over a week of wearing the blue light blocking glasses once sun has gone down and only amber and red lights once down too and now I only wake up once a night instead of at least 4 times. Got my first 2 good sleep scores last night and 2 nights ago too.

Our boys LOVE their special lights- for reading at night, it’s the perfect colour and amount of brightness. The travel cases are ideal to carefully transport their lights, for holidays too!

I was delighted to find a supplier based in the UK. The products are of a high quality, well made with good evidence based specifications and delivery and service to match.

I ordered a panel and stand. They sent a stand that did not fit the panel. When I tried to contact them, (no phone number available) by email, they took ages to reply. I began to lose faith in service ability, communications were slow and didn't address the issue.
I decided to return the whole order. 10 days later, no confirmation or refund.
Getting a really bad feeling about this company.

I recently upgraded our entire home with blue light–blocking, full-spectrum downlights, and the difference has been incredible.

The light quality is the first thing you notice—it feels natural, soft, and easy on the eyes, especially in the evenings. The ability to adjust the colour temperature throughout the day is a game changer. We can have bright, energising light during the day and then switch to warm, calming tones at night without that harsh blue light that usually keeps you wired.

Since installing them, the house feels more relaxing in the evenings, and it’s made winding down before bed noticeably easier. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t realise you need until you experience it.

Amazing costumer service, best i ever had, my glasses broke in the first day of wearing, and they not only send me a new pair fully free of charge, i even got to change the model to another one. I have never seen this before when ordering online. Furthermore all of this happened in the span of 2 days, so lightning fast costumer service.
