Your delivery and collection instructions on your website are misleading - believed I had clicked delivered to be told I had clicked collect even though it clearly looked like my purchase was out for delivery.

Nice product, let down by rubbish delivery & packaging
The product I bought from BLK BOX is pretty sturdy, not bad quality for the price. The 2 star rating though is for the absolutely atrocious packaging and delivery. BLK BOX needs to pack items better, and also to get rid of UPS. I had several "your item will be with you tomorrow by end of day" messages, only to have nothing turn up, followed that evening by a "delivery rescheduled" message with a different date. Not fun taking time off work waiting in for a item not actually coming - and not just once, but twice before they got it right. When the item (a hex/trap bar) did eventually turn up, the flimsy cardboard packaging was heavily damaged, enough so that even the UPS driver took photos and advised me to also. When I removed what there was 'protecting' it, I found that on the end of one sleeve, there was chipped chrome, like it had been dropped on its end. I didn't consider returning it, as it's already been traumatic getting the thing in the first place. I don't think I will be using BLK BOX again. though, not impressed.

Bought 4 dumbbells and a pull up bar, never received them. BLX Box have been unhelpful and unresponsive to emails.

40kg Strongman Sandbag
I ordered a 40kg Strongman Sandbag and the original one send was defective (stitching wrong).
I logged the defect via email and straight away; no questions asked they issued me a replacement the next day. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend.
