Really good customer service
Good prices, clear and easy to use website. The order came through quickly, but one of the items was wrong. I requested a refund via their website and got a call from a lovely lady. She discussed the reason for the refund and options for the exchange i actually wanted to do. She gave clear instructions in a friendly and positive way. I'd recommend dealing with them as my experience of their team was fab.

I generally buy from Blitz over all other suppliers. Sadly though the stock situation hasn't seemed to get back to normal since covid. How ever their stock is excellent quality, and decent value too.

As always, we had a fantastic experience with Blitz and the items we ordered for our Martial Arts class through them. The items themselves were brilliant (a pack of breaking boards for a demonstration we attended and a duffle bag for myself). Whilst there was a minor issue with delivery (due to the courier company) Blitz contacted me straight away to inform me of the issue, apologised and confirmed the delivery would be the following day; which is was. Great professionalism and proactiveness and it’s always trouble free when ordering from Blitz.
