As far as I can tell they are well designed and engineered.

I have only had my virtual black out blinds 10 weeks and unfortunately every single slat has warped so badly that they don't cover the windows any more .rather a major problem when you brought 5 sets for your bedrooms . And spent the best part of £750

Absolutely love them, bought 6 for my kitchen and they came swiftly and very easy to fit so ordered another 14 for my living room and dinning room but missed 4 out so tried ordering the next day but in my rush I didn’t order right size brackets 🤦‍♂️
Quick phone call next morning to a very polite young lady got it sorted straight away and when my last 4 turned up today there was a pack of the correct size brackets added, would recommend to any one.
They are light weight, open with the window, easy to clean, and a lot cheaper than most retailers 👍

Process was efficient, items purchased met my requirements.

The roller blind was of good quality and at a very reasonable price. Order placed on Thursday, shipped Friday and delivered and installed on Monday.
I realised I made an error with blackout instead of normal so contacted BBP immediately and they amended my order to that required without quibble.

Our son bought blinds from this company ...Great set-off blinds . The blinds that eas recently bought looks great but haven't installed them as we are busy with the decorating , but no doubt they'll be the same as my sons .

Would give no stars if possible! Ordered white black out replacement slats and they came with half black stitching, guess some idiot forgot to change the thread colour and clearly have no qc in place! Still awaiting a response! What fool would stitch a white blind with black thread!

The roller blind I did ring and ask about amending it. I spoke with Abby and she said she would come back to me after speaking with the production department but she never did.

Fast delivery. Easy to fit onto existing rails. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

They listened to what i wanted and delevered a first class service for the BLIND RAIL TRACK and BLIND SLATS. The courier they use is DX EXPRESS who are OK just a pity the white van driver who was a two faced lying DRIVER he said he was unable to deliver on the Friday also unable to deliver on the Monday no one in i sat waiting both days he delivered on the Tuesday then told me he never came to deliver the rail . On Thursday when he should have delivered the slats he told BLINDS BY POST he could not find my house the one he came to on Tuesday but he found me on Friday Morning what a JERK

Easy access to free samples, which made it easier to decide the shade in the end. Delivery was also quick when I finally decided what shade I liked. Overall very happy with the look.

Took a little longer than I expected and had to chase, but overall the blinds are good. I’ve had several blinds from here now so i would buy from them again

Quick delivery nice blinds ordered alot of samples before I bought blinds so that helped with my selection
