Nice soft fabric. All cut in one peice which looks nice. Beige one is not as blackout as I would have liked. Grey fabric is better.

Blind fitted well. Did not like logo stuck to front of blind

I am really pleased with my blind that was very easy to fit with the twist and go function. It is good quality and has made a real difference to the warmth in my kitchen during the heatwaves. I will definitely use this company again.

For what we paid ,we found these blinds.(4 off ) very good wuality.

Blind was reasonably easy to fit & instructions were spot on. Delivery was quick & quality superb. Would definitely recommend buying your blinds from here. You won't be disappointed.

The blind is ok but I can’t fit it. Even with 2 people the head rail of the Roman blind won’t click in. I have successfully fitted a Venetian blind in the past so expected to be able to do it. I have called and been told it’s non returnable.
So I’m left with a £200 blind I can’t use

I ordered the wrong size roller blind! luckily I had paid extra for sure size measuring...no problems rearranging the correct size.
The new blind arrived i was able to fit it easily.

Absolutely brilliant company to order from, everything from measuring to ordering online is so easy, we ordered one blind just to see what the quality and fitting was like, next day the wife had me order another four she liked it that much.

Unfortunately not a good experience, should have known from the start that it seemed to be too good to be true. The price was very reasonable for the roman blackout blind I needed for my bedroom, adding the blackout backing cost extra but happy to pay for it.

The postage / tracking was quite misleading. You get an email saying that your blind has been handed to UPS, but the tracking link didnt work for a week and when it did work, it continued to say "label printed, awaiting shipment" for 2 more weeks. I contacted customer service who repeatedly sent me the same tracking link, despite me expressing concern that it wasnt updating. Same link sent again and eventually told itshould arrive some time the following week.

UPS tracking updated the following week and they had the blind from Denmark to Ireland in 3 days. No issue with UPS.

Opened the blind, and the quality was beautiful. Immediately took down the old blind to put it up. Sadly, the click to go mechanism was either broken or flimsy because it kept popping back open so the blind fell down after a few seconds. Contacted customer service providing oictures and videos of the mechanism and giving full information about what was happening and asking if they thought it was broken. They wrote back and just asked me for the same information and pictures I had already given. They sent me a copy of the installation instructions, as if I didnt follow them before I contacted them and now I'm waiting on a further response.

I paid for the measurement insurance but dont know if this will help with the broken mechanism or not.

The quality of the fabric is good, but the service is so frustrating I wont be using them again. Still trying to get the one blind sorted out, so I'm glad I didnt risk replacing the kitchen and sitting room blinds with this company. Id be down hundreds rather than just the €150 it looks like I'm going to lose now.
