Terrible costumer service. I demanded money return because of faulty quality but they offered me 10 eur to glue the shoe back to the sole - it broke after 2 weeks of use. Besides, the elastic lace broke after only two weeks and made the shoes unwearable. They offered to send the new lace although I explicitly asked for the money return.
As I can see, other costumers have similar experience withe their costumer service. Will definately not buy from them again.

Really happy with my second order - streetstyle for me and loudstyle for my daughter, great shoes- cozy, warm, nice looking and gorgeous colors! Will order also snow boots for my kid.

Basically they do not care, that the shoes are defect. Sent e-mail, got answer in one week delay. Then second one finally with return. Then no money back. Escalated to paypal. I am saying my luck, that I have bought with paypal. In the past we had no issues, bought several shoes from them. Also had quality issues from a different provider (same blifestyle shoes), but they have paid back the money immediately. Strange, that most of us complaining about quality and no asnwer and no money return in most of the cases? Perhaps under banckrupt the company?
