Order Never Delivered - Inquiries Ignored
I made a purchase from Bleu de Paname's online store more than three months ago. However, the order was never delivered. What I can't understand is that they ignored all of my email inquiries and those sent via social media. I even mailed them a copy of my order confirmation to their Paris boutique. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, all were unsuccessful. I've never experienced anything like this before, and it is especially egregious given that the Bleu de Paname store is clearly operational.
In my career, I've interacted with customers and clients, and while there have been times when I could have done a better job, I have never ignored their inquiries. Even if Bleu de Paname lacked the ability to issue a refund, although I doubt they did, I would have been willing to accept it if they had at least taken the time to respond.
