WORST customer service EVER

I ordered a pair of gloves from Blauer.com on 11/28/24. I received them around 12/7 but they were a size too small. I emailed them (the first time) on 12/7 to request an exchange for a size larger, to which they did not respond. I emailed them a second time on 12/16 and again, the third and final time, on 12/31. They did not respond to a SINGLE (politely worded) email I sent them.

Finally, I called my bank and had them initiate a chargeback. NOW I got their attention and they finally replied to my emails. If a (first time) customer has to have their bank yank the money back from a merchant in order to get their attention, then said merchant DOES NOT deserve their business and they don't deserve yours either. But, it's your money so -- by all means -- feel free to take your chances with them; I wish you luck. That said, they have my lowest rating as I have NEVER been forced into a chargeback in order to get a merchant's attention. You've been warned.

Miserable customer service

Miserable customer service! I bought a puffer jacket from Italian wearhouse to uk, arrived torn on the back and missing one button. They get back to me after three weeks with option to send it back on my expenses. After duty taxes and everything I had back half of the value I initially paid. Miserable experience never again!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I ordered 2 pair of boots, haven't even received my order yet and boots went on sale and are 25.00 less, I called them and they will not do a price adjustment, and just told me that I can return them. On a previous purchase the toe on a different pair delaminated, (came off) offered no help. On order before that, a pair of suspenders, I reached over into the back seat and plastic clip broke, they could not send me a replacement part, but told me that I could buy another pair? Lesson learned

I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items, and sized up as recommended, but they were much too big. The company kindly offered to replace the items with the smaller size free of charge, and I have donated the original order at their request. Communication has been very good, I would use this shop again

Worst Customer Experience

There‘s no Customer Support. The Return is Not free. There‘s no Refund of damaged Items. One of the worst Customer experiences. I won‘t Order anything Again.

I would advise against ordering online…

I would advise against ordering online from this company unless you live in Italy. The cost to send the product back, at least from the USA, is exorbitant. You are responsible for the return charges unlike with most online retailers. BUYER BEWARE!

Awful experience with Baluer

I like the brand and their products and never had an issue with my previous orders.
But with my current order I’m just living a nightmare. Ordered a jacket on sale paying £303 with the shipping included. When the parcel arrived in the UK I’ve been informed by FedEx that I have to pay the import tax charge if £115,19. The delivery will be on hold until I pay this tax. Contacting Blauer I’ve been told that’s in their website, where? Because there’s nothing in their website. If you dig in the Uk website then yes, but I was on the Italian one. Disappointing.
I had to pay the tax, the item was delivered and the. I have received another invoice from FedEx to pay refurbishment if £73,70. This is a complete joke. FedEx very poor customer service and unprofessional, never getting to talk through the phone and ask information. In the end decided to return the item, and after 10 days blazer insists they haven’t received my return. Someone signed for the parcel on the 9th of February. No refund, no update, still trying to claim the tax from HMRC. A complete nightmare.

The website doesn’t inform you that you have to pay additional taxes and their approximate cost. All is hidden on the website, nothing in confirmation email either. The customer service is not supportive at all. Avoid to order to the uK
