Very unreliable organisation
I have had two encounters with this company. First time they were well over an hour late for the "first appointment in the morning" without making contact - some silly excuse about blocked pipes.
The second time they provided a quote, date and time to do the job about a week later, did not turn up, did not answer landline or mobiles, no reply to e-mails or letter.
In my experience, this company is not to be trusted and some of their web site claims are rather suspect, especially as regards memberships and qualifications.
