Visited Bath store for a waterproof jacket and was advised by Guy on the various options available.
Unfortunately the size we required in the jacket we chose was not available in store but we were able to order online and it will be delivered tomorrow.

Buying a new camp jacket at Blacks in Bath.
Peter who served me could not have been more helpful. I had to stand in the doorway as I had a very expensive bicycle which I had no means to lock up and needed to keep an eye on it. Peter graciously got me the jacket I was interested in and brought it to me where I tried it on after trying on two different sizes I made my choice and again Peter helped me pack the jacket into it's stuff sack and then into a dry bag which I purchased so I could put it in my pannier for the journey home. Peter also answered any questions I had having good product knowledge. At no point was Peter pushy just helpful. I was very happy with the entire experience. This was in the Bath branch of Blacks. I can whole heartedly recommend this store.

Very helpful
Came in looking for walking shoes for a school expedition. Peter was super-helpful, taking account of feedback, price point and seemingly not phased by a fairly uncommunicative teenager!
