This company stole my pension now I have to rely on state pension….. it’s all good the U.K. government let them get away with it….. who’s laughing now U.K when I tell everyone not to get a pension because you manipulate it……. Poor state pension…

This company isn't doing well and I cannot recommend their products or services. Customer service is very lacking and you can never reach anyone anyway. No one even acknowledges you when you walk past the counters. So hungry!! I would stay far away from here. They need some serious help if they plan to stay relevant in the near future.

I note that BlackRock do not respond to criticism or comments on their company. As long as they make money of other peoples misery they and their investors are happy.

One of the main contributions to what's going wrong in the world. They capitalise on people misery and push to create more misery in the world. From buying politicians to encouraging wars

BlackRock are one of the top investors in fossil fuels and it's increased investments at a time when all sensible investors don't want to use their money to further wreck the climate. They will have to change their attitude before I invest my money with them.

Misusing my details against my will. Shocking company. No regard for data protection.

I just want to give a shout out to Eliza Roman. I was really needing help and I had to go through the phone chain and be transferred multiple times. She was so wonderful with helping me and made a large effort to help get my payment to the school in time after the previous check never arrived. She made a difficult, frustrating, and stressful situation better.

Brett was awesome, food was delish and had a wonderful time! Would def come back!

This company if a rip off the over charge for everything additional fees and excessive transportation fees never mind the staff are nasty and rude.
I will never buy from them

All roads lead back to them a mega billion company that practically own the world you should all look at your banking and pensions and see that it leads to these people who own 90% of the worlds media ! That alone is frightening they can tell the world what THEY want them to hear... NO company should have a monopoly look into who your helping now. Alone we are not good together we are a FORCE to be reckoned with.

Another review from me, this so called pension investment company, who are in Cahoots with pensionbee, have to date lost me over £7600 in the tailored plan since December 21.
Please people of the UK with pensions it's about time we stood up to these companies that are slowly stealing our money so that we will never retire.

Run, don't walk away from this incompetent outfit. Was on phone for an hour with my 98 year old mother trying to reopen an account they locked. The incompetent girl rep finally put me through to an incompetent manager named Caitlin who apparently couldn't operate her phone as she couldn't hear us. Gave up, called back, got a very competent rep named Zach who finally got access resolved, kudos to him. The 1st rep and Caitlin should be fired.

what a mess. i purchased shares in my son's 529, and specified ACH transfer from my checking account. blackrock sent a confirmation, with confirmation code XXX. Later that day my wife purchased additional shares in the same 529, and specified ACH transfer from my son's savings account. In blackrock, there is no record of my wife's transaction. In transaction history, transaction XXX shows as coming from my son's savings account (not my checking account) but in actuality, the funds came out of my wife's checking account (which was not even linked to the 529 at the time of my transaction). now we have no confidence that future transactions will come from the correct account, which is concerning because we have an automatic monthly transaction. We will need to keep extra funds in 3 bank accounts now, since we have no idea which account will transact. I believe this is mostly due to a garbage website design. Little things during online setup provided hints that web transactions will be problematic. (for instance, when you register a bank account, 4 instances of it show up in the list of connected bank accounts).

I wanted some exposure to some green energy/sustainable ETF's so I visted BlackRock's Ishares platform and unfortunately was spoilt for choice in a negative way.

I found the site felt crowded, however, the filtering system worked ok, and when I eventually looked into some of the ETF's that on the face of it looked decent (taking into consideration the aim of the fund, inception date, fees, ratings etc) I found a large number of companies in the ETF were not what I would classify as green.

In fact, they were very large corps that I would say were making an effort to meet ESG requirements rather than entities fixed on solving real-world problems.
