All their "discounts" on their website are BS. I tried five of them. None of them worked. When I found out that Evan Hafer and Mat Best were donating to Obama and act blue dot Co m, that was the end for me. Great coffee but the "leadership" supports EVIL people.

Veteran discount is not coming from black rifle it is offered through ID me but black rifle implied it was through them.
Last order was$.01 short of the free shipping. …. We take care of our vets. Ordered whole bean received ground coffee.
Black rifle going public for $1.5 billion ….. overall it not the vets they looking out for.

We paid for our order on 8/31, we have had to follow up 3x with "customer service" now and it's 9/9 with no order even reaching USPS yet (they marked it "shipped" on the 4th...but as of this morning USPS does not have our package). So far NO COFFEE, NO REFUND, NO RESHIPMENT...ABSOLUTELY NO HELP FROM "CUSTOMER SERVICE."

I have been trying hundreds of different kinds of coffees until I came across black rifle just black. I now enjoy a cup every morning. There is nothing like that last mouthful. This coffee is so good. Just black is a very enjoyable coffee blend.

I love their dark roast! It is BY FAR superior to Starbucks & I love supporting companies owned, run by or who support veterans. I don't understand the rating system. It shows 2 star rating but 85% of those who reviewed gave it 5 stars. Doesn't make sense to me. Oh well, I love it and will continue buying it.

Is this company for real? Toxic.

Their decaf coffee is EXCELLENT!! It's called JD and it is flavorful and never acidic!! If you are required to avoid caffeine as I am, you won't be disappointed. Ships fast and arrives in good shape!!

Tried the ready to drink espresso with cream. I can't believe I'm just now trying this for the first time! I've passed by it so many times but I couldn't see it because it's camouflaged...

Fast service, always pleasant, help with all you need with questions. Easy to deal with. Love this place and coffee is exceptional.

Recently received their “Ak espresso “ as a gift. Initially I was really excited to try it however my excitement quickly disappeared when I opened the package to just find regular coffee. Unfortunately their version of espresso didn’t brew in my machine it just tasted like water. I will never buy try it recommend this to anybody. Save your money!

FINALLY! A coffee that actually parts my hair! Recently visited a Scheels store in Chandler Arizona. Although I have heard of the Black Rifle Coffee brand, I was unable to find it locally until Scheels. I purchased a bag a dark roast and was really impressed with the bite of a flavorful AND strong coffee. I WILL be purchasing more for sure. Brings me back to the days when coffee was actually coffee!

Horrible customer service...Ordered 2 pounds of coffee from an online offer that included a free t shirt. Well instead of the free t shirt customer service said all they could do is give me a ten dollar e card. No one but the same customer service guy will respond, as I have sent six emails 3 of which requested BRC cancel my order....Well the coffee showed up Saturday....I want satisfaction.

I received a bag of the "Thirty Presents Out" blend as a late Christmas gift and it was my first time experiencing their coffee. I am a modest person who can tolerate a lot...but this "coffee" has brought out the worst in me. In a word, it's awful. Each time I try it it gets worse. It's aggressive, bitter, rank, sharp. No amount of doctoring can help it. It tastes ugly and mean, like a hostile boomer at a Pride parade. It is literally shriveling my tongue as I write this, as it is the only coffee available for me to drink at work today...I try, again and again, to force myself to drink it, but it's like being punched in the face. It is full of hate and spite. It leaves a sour aftertaste that lingers in the back of the throat and cleaves the tongue to the roof of the mouth, like it's trying to get as far away from the taste as possible. I feel bad for my taste buds. This...substance is irredeemable. It tastes like it was scraped out of an oil derrick and was strained through a mummy, after which point Satan stuck his d!ck in it and gave it a gentle loving stir before bagging. This isn't coffee. I have no idea if this company was ever good, but if so, those days are either long gone, or I received a bag of ground demon-droppings by mistake. Avoid if you don't want to make your life worse for the experience; my quality of life has genuinely decreased in general, and I'm left wondering even as to the integrity of my friendship with the person who gave it to me, questioning what I possibly could have done to warrant such a betrayal. This stuff literally has given me existential dread and made me question aspects of my life that were once reliable, comforting and good. The sun has set on my innocence and I now know how truly cold and uncaring the universe really is. STAY AWAY.

I fell in love with Black Rifle coffee after drinking it at my niece's house in Salt Lake City. They order is ever three months or so. I have been ordering it from Wal Mart and loved it. This box of Freedom Fuel pods had grounds in almost every cup I fixed. I was so disappointed because I had to run it to a filter to drink it. It had to be the pods because my other boxes have never done this. I've been using it over a year now. It is the dark roast and still good but so aggravating to have to deal with this.

I have had issues with the website every time I have used it in the past three years.
I tried to sign up for the coffee club for two days and every time I entered my information I got a message that something went wrong and to try again later.
I tried to order as a guest and four times at checkout I noticed that one item was changed to one I didn’t want and my state of residence was changed to a different state.
I tried calling today and after being on hold far too long and listening to the damned awful music and annoying announcements I hung up. I called back later to request a call back but that option was not offered that during that call. After a long wait I hung up.
I’m never buying their coffee again and I have been drinking it exclusively for the past 3-4 years.
I wanted to send an email but I couldn’t find one.
There are other veteran coffee makers and I will try those.

We love Black Rifle coffee. I order directly from the company. Have nothing but a good experience and great coffee. My husband is a vet and we love supporting veteran companies.

T SHIRTS
Over priced and cheap quality
Look closely at the neck along the stitch line where the (grey) tab usually is. They cut it. WHY?
They cut it to fool you. The shirt costs them about $3. They slap on a one color silk screen (patriotic) image to "pull on your heart" and they charge $27.99
The T shirt is GENERIC.

Horrid customer service. Too bad, my son loves this brand and I have been buying it for a while, switching between a few different brews. There was a quality issue, but no matter what I say in my communications, I just get a form reply with no resolution.
American company, supposedly formed out of respect, then they get big and no longer care about their customers. This American no longer supports this company. I'll take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know.

Black Rifle Tactisquatch is the first coffee I have had in a long time that is good every time and always is the same. They have a loyal subject. I started drinking it 3 months ago. I buy pods for a single cup Kuerig
