I've been using the straps for while and wanted the arca Swiss attachment. It's here without all the improvisation. I'm very pleased.

This is a wonderful strap, much more convenient than the original strap.

Ordered a couple new quick-release plates (5x4cm). One of them had miss-shaped 1/4 - 20 threads. Luckily I had a 1/4 - 20 thread cutting tool I used to fix the issue so I could use the plate on assignment the next day. I'd expect for price point of the product they'd be more careful about shipping bad product.

Love my new Kick strap ..it is a well designed product that I will enjoy wearing for years. However, when I tried to contact the customer service to change my original order to this strap..there was no one around..and no one answered emails for 2 days.. I had go through the company directory to find someone to help me, which I finally did. I live in Canada and wanted to purchase the product here but the Canadian vendor listed on their website is not listing the BR products at all on their site, so I purchased directly through BR US, and paid the $30 US for shipping plus duty etc. I have later learned that Henry's Camera here in Toronto is selling BR straps. This could have saved me money. BR needs up to date list of international vendors. This was all a big hassle that is easily avoided.

I really cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with my new BlackRapid Sport. It is exactly as advertised! Even better was BlackRapid's exceptional customer service. I placed my order on their very friendly website on a Sunday afternoon and my order arrived the following Thursday. Thank you!!

I would say that blackrapid did a wonderful job in bringing their products to the highest standards. I have been using their straps for a few years and have never been disatisfied. This is my first time to order online and I am satisfied with it. One thing that surprised me is that I paid duties and tax when the product was delivered, adding some extra bucks. I hope that Blackrapid will somehow coordinate with countries they serve and include local tax as well. But other than that, I thank Blackrapid for their excellent ordering systems and awesome products.

Exceeded my expectations. Great quality. Except no substitute.

I was a skeptic of Black Rapid-type straps until I broke down and bought one. Now, a couple of years later, I wonder why I waited so long. I like having the weight of my camera distributed over my shoulder rather than my neck. I also appreciate having my camera hanging at my hip rather than banging on my chest.

I know photographers who claim that the caribiner isn't reliable and can open on its own. This might happen if the user is careless and doesn't check the connection regularly; it's never happened for me. Any connection can come loose--it's up to the photographer to secure it. If you're really worried, you can buy the tether or carabiner lock. I've never needed either.

Finally, BR just came out with Arca-compatible plates which solve my last problem: how to use the BR strap and a tripod without removing and reinstalling the camera plate. It was never a real problem--it only takes a couple of minutes to make the switch, but the new plates (I have both sizes) are quite well-made and I can make the switch very quickly.

Lots of camera strap makers out there, but BR is the leader, and for good reason.

Ordering the the Lock Star Connector Cover for my BlackRapid was simple and efficient. It comes with a fair 30 day satisfaction guarantee and a 1 year warranty against craftsmanship. The connector is rugged and will keep the connector securely attached to my camera. As a consumer, I appreciated the padded packaging, and the means to status the delivery performance.

The back pack strap has two plastic clasps one on either end. Depending on your back pack they are hard to disengage to take off your backpack. Other then that issue I love the strap.

Pleased with Black-Rapid's Web-Site, very easy to locate products and pay out. Very good delivery time. Yes, I would recommend this company and their fine merchandise.

I found what I needed quickly, checked out fast and received my merchandise in no time.

Nothing to complain about. Ordered two of the clip attachments & got 'em. The only thing I would improve would be presentation, because I just got them in a padded envelope in a plastic bag, BUT if that would make them more expensive, then "meh."

I received exactly what I expected, when I was told to expect it. Bag quality and size is perfect for the Olympus PEN E-PL7 along with a few small accessories.
