I had been in touch with Danielle at Black Nova Designs for quite some time before moving my hosting over to them. The relationship we built has been both professional and sincere. Excellent so far! Quick and easy set up, a lot of the leg work was already done and the platform was very easy to get to grips with. Excellent service all round. We have a listed property with thick internal walls and a wifi network within the house that was functioning poorly and non-existent in some key rooms. Dreading the comments from a family bereft of internet over Christmas I tentatively asked Danielle in mid-December if there was even a slim chance they could look at it for us before then. Kyle came along, looked at what we had and what we wanted and within less than 2 weeks of my request a new setup was installed - meeting our requirements of no need to channel into the walls, and no (or very limited) visible surface wiring. And now the family have arrived and left with not a single internet issue! Black Nova are knowledgeable, professional, responsive and listen to what you want. In particular they don't suggest a super-smart hi-tech and costly setup if that's not what you need - the solution offered to us was a simple, straight-forward one that suits the needs perfectly. They don't overcharge and they promise a great service and over-deliver. We now have a discreet set up which performs well in all corners of our awkward house. I have no hesitation in recommending Black Nova Designs - many thanks, Kyle and Danielle, and good luck for 2018.

Thank you Black Nova Designs for sorting out our WIFI issues. We have had continuous problems with our WIFI extender dropping out which effects multiple devices in the home and home office. We are thrilled with the solution Black Nova Designs have come up with - to wire a second main hub into our sitting room. Everything is working great. No more extender letting us down. They were a pleasure to work with too.

Really responsive, super friendly, no problem too small. I'll be calling again when something else goes wrong with my laptop. Knocks the socks off Microsoft help facilities!

I contacted Black Nova to see if they could help with a printer that had a paper jam. They came out the same day (as I was local), fixed the paper jam, however it had other problems. Black Nova didn't stop until they discovered the problem and fixed it. Working over the weekend to help me get my printer up and running. They went the extra mile to help me.
