Ever since the previous-owner (Rich) sold this company to some guy named "Justin" - customer service has gone to shit. I had two (2) NEW resistance bands break - the very-first time I used them. Called their number to complain - and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone (after multiple attempts, over several days) which was "suspicious" to say the least. Tried emailing them six (6) times - and I got NO RESPONSE whatsoever. As well - it "appears" this new-owner is 'pawning-off" on us - grossly-inferior quality products now. I mean TWO (2) brand-new resistance bands snapping and hitting me in the face - the FIRST TIME I tried to use them...? Thank-gawd I was wearing protective eyewear...! As a (retired) Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM) - I can no longer recommend Black Mountain Products - and actually (now) actively informing senior citizens (especially) to AVOID all Black Mountain Products - because they are DANGEROUS and could result in serious injury.

Received damaged product and want to return for full refund.

i bought the 5 elastic strap band kit and they sent wrong handles that cannot be used with any elastic band and they will not send correct handles out. This kit is useless with missing or incorrect parts!

I purchased an exercise ball and Bands. The service and ship time was great. The Bands were not. Barely used and a Band snapped and almost broke my nose. Be careful with this product. I sent pics and was offered a new Rubberband. I decided to destroy set to prevent injury to others and myself

Tried placing an order 3 times with no luck. Website says my credit card address doesn’t match the shipping address. I entered it 3 times in different ways. I order all the time from other sites using the same exact credit card info. I won’t waste any more time trying to buy from this company.

Looks like I will not be going to my gym any time soon. The COVID-19 virus has closed all gyms for the foreseeable future. So I'll be working out at home. Purchased Resistance Bands (set of 5) from Black Mountain Products last week. The bands I received were of top quality. They came with a booklet with suggestions on different ways how to use them. With no gym, these bands will definitely help with my fitness routine.

LOVE LOVE this YOGA BALL
I purchased a yoga ball chair a few months ago. For some reason the ball I was using started to lose air for no reason at all.
I did a lot of research to purchase another one
and asked my friends recommendations, all the signs were pointing to Black Mountain Products. I have had the ball now for about a month, using it as the replacement in my yoga chair

The ball has held the air, super comfy..and great colors to choose from. I highly recommend this yoga ball.

The balance disk is a good product to use in a Special Education setting.The disk helps to keep students attention on learning and focused on the task at hand.

I review ed the balance disk at the school where I work. I work with special education students. The students tend to fidget and move aroung alot but sit better with the disk.

My first impression of the balance disk was very positive.I work with students who have a hard time staying focused.The disk seemed to help them stay on task.The children were not as fidgity or as easily distracted.
Great Product!

My experience with Black Mountain resistance bands has been very positive. I am 73 yrs old and have added them to my daily low impact regimen. I have noticed more mobility due to using different muscle groups. I will continue to use them.

The Stability Ball is the best. In our hotel fitness center, the stability ball is the first piece of equipment that guest are attracted to. It is easy to use, Easy to clean. Great product!

I've purchased several exercise band products from Black Mountain on Amazon. The exercise bands are top notch, come with a door anchor and exercise suggestions. Also, nearly every product comes with a coupon for a free, absolutely free, additional product.

At no charge they have sent me a stability ball and a yoga mat... unbelievable. Also, I've called them for questions and I'm actually talking to someone at the company.. .not a call center. Seems like a great small business.
