Leaving anyone waiting at the airport, let alone an 85-year-old traveler, is the very opposite of the care we want to provide, and we completely understand how upsetting this has been.

To give you a bit of context, a short-notice change to a different vehicle class was made on the booking, and unfortunately we were unable to confirm a chauffeur in time for the new request. Please rest assured that no charge has been taken for this ride.
