Trapped and slow marched
I was trapped 25 minutes at the West Palm Airport because the drivers Sun Pass was not registering with the gate register. Not the drivers fault but still a pain in the neck. The driver was driving 53 MPH the whole way in the slow lane which seemed irritating because I was trying to make up the lost time due to the airport exit snafu which was making me run late for a dinner reservation. I am sure everything was just a confluence of bad timing but just left a bad taste. Just being honest about my experience. In no way will I let it color my feelings toward Blacklane going forward.

Almost Always Late!
They keep being late at pick ups, especially at airports. Last night the driver went to another Terminal!!!! I can never rely on them. So I will stop using them. They are too expensive for not being panctual!

Driver didn’t turn up on time to meet…
Driver didn’t turn up on time to meet us at arrivals and didn’t contact us. When another Blacklane driver contacted him on our behalf he told us to meet him at parking stand opposite international arrivals hall. We waited another20 mins. He said he didn’t have our flight details but had made no attempt to contact us or Blacklane to get them. He blamed Blacklane for the problem. Very poor service.

Good for scuba divers
After having had several bad experiences with other companies we now use Blacklane for all of our scuba diving trips. They come with a big Cadillac van thing that holds all of our luggage with no problem. My wife had to do a trip for her work and used Blacklane and the workers who went with her were so impressed that they use Blacklane now.

We were supposed to be picked up at 8…
We were supposed to be picked up at 8 PM. Our luggage was lost so we didn’t get out of the area till after nine and even though we sent three texts to our chauffeur he had left. We called Black Lane and it took them 90 minutes to find another shift for her. He then picked us up and took us to the wrong cruise ship port, he had no idea where he was supposed to go. He then refused to bring us to the right cruise ship report, which was Dover and drove us back to the airport. We got an Uber to take us to Dover, Black Lane had let us down completely.

Fantastic trip from London to Oxford!
Our chauffeur showed up early and took care of all of our bags. He delivered us to Oxford 1.5 hours later. It was a very pleasant ride. He had all the phone chargers and water waiting for us. 5 Stars!
