Blacklane has always served us well around thenqorld and this trip was perfect as always. Our driver was on-time and communicated frequently. He found us in baggage claim and the drive to the hotel was smooth and without problems. Our Driver was courteous and friendly and took good care of us.

Booking was easy
Booking was easy, pick up went smoothly and our driver was friendly and professional. Having someone to pick us up at the airport when we arrived at midnight and help with the bags made the end of the trip so much easier.

Not the type of car we booked
We have used Blacklane more than once and on our first trip from the Rome Airport to Florence we had a nice car but without adjustable seats in the back and it was not comfortable for a 3.5 hour ride. In the past we have always had an S-Class and always book under first class. On our second trip we booked another first class luxury sedan and the driver arrived in a Van. The drivers on both trips were very professional. The van just did not work for only 2 passengers. Make sure you get the car in the class of service you booked.
