We love this company and order from them all the time. Wonderful, clean products with no toxic chemicals! They all smell great and my husband loves them. Super fast shipping and excellent customer service.
I bought their Black Dust with a deal. It was a nice and easy shopping. There were no problems in shipping either.
I have been using their shower gel for a while now, and, OMG, it's amazing. It lathers to your skin for longer than other shower gels and keeps your skin hydrated. It's very affordable, and their scents are very natural.

Overall it's a great product even for sensitive skin. I'm using the day-to-day lotion, the aftershave lotion and the showergel. Everything is long-lasting and has a nice but not too prominent smell. Highly recommanded.
I purchased sufficient products to qualify for free shipping. On the contrary I was charged for DHL delivery, which could not be avoided.
Upon making my purchase I immediately mailed the company and demanded a refund of the delivery cost. Still waiting for refund and reply.

The products are of good quality, but I had a negative experience with their non-existent customer service. I have not received my order, and despite sending numerous emails over the past FIVE months, I have not received a refund. Absolutely nothing! The lack of response or communication from their team is disheartening. I must express that this has been the most negative encounter I have ever had with a company. It is simply unacceptable. As a consumer, one expects prompt and efficient customer service. I strongly advise you not to purchase anything from this company. If I could I wouldn't give them one star!
