I was surprised to read the negative reviews. I play at this casino the most and have never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals. There is a large selection of games and you can win. Customer service is fast and helpful, my Vip manager Tyler is also great. I get bonuses regularly. The deposit and withdrawal limits are low. I don't understand the naysayers.

I play at two casinos regularly. Bizzo Casino and Bitstarz. I play at Bitstarz because I have been playing there for many years and if I do win the paying out to my bank account is fast, usually 48hrs. I started playing at Bizzo casino because they have a much better game selection and I like the interface better also. I think the reason there are bad reviews on this site for Bizzo is because people like to vent if they haven’t had any luck or are having trouble withdrawing because they haven’t fully followed all the casinos rules. At the end of the day the only problem I have with Bizzo is that it usually takes 4/5 business days to deposit winnings into my back account. In saying that this is the standard waiting time and that is explained in casino policies.
At this stage I have withdrawn more money at Bizzo casino than I have deposited. I have always had good customer support and have not had any issues withdrawing my winnings. The game selection is better than a lot of casinos and in my experience they are a trusted casino and I would recommend Bizzo to other online gamblers.
On a side note while I’m up at Bizzo I am way way down at Bitstarz, only play with what you can afford to lose and the minute your not having fun it’s time to go.

Over the span of a few months I deposited about 500€ all included, with no significant wins. Few days back I deposited again 50€ and I had a good run, I won 500€ in a few hours and immediately withdrew my winnings. The verification process is indeed a bit complicated compared to other casinos and it can take some time. The whole site seems a bit sketchy and after reading the reviws I thought I got scammed and my money is gone... Long story short, after sending all documents they asked for, I finally got verified and 2 days later got my money! I'm so happy! I respect that and for this I give 4 Stars...

When I first started playing was great but then went to crap! My withdrawal took 9 working days and they kept send me back and forth and weren’t able to help!
Now to do a bank transfer withdrawal is $150aud it used to be approx $50aud!
I asked to approve for ezeewallet so I can withdraw but was told I need to make a deposit which I had. Then was told I need to do it through ezeewallet! Ended up losing my money! This company is an absolute joke
