Total scam don't waste time or money. You'll never get anything back!!!!!

Cashing out points is bogus.

We've been trying to redeem the points my husband has earned from doing surveys, and it keeps saying the SMS phone number is invalid. I've emailed, sent messages through the help center, and all I get back are crickets. No response, no way to fix it, no nothing. This is a gimmick and a waste of time

This is a scam. Do not fill out their surveys!

Bizraterewards.com is a scam. You will waste your time completing surveys to only not get any credit for them. The few you do get credit for, once you achieve the lowest 5000 point threshold to redeem reward points, it will tell you that your mobile phone number is not valid. Other reviews state the same issue, so obviously that is part of the scam. This website needs to be shutdown for fraud!

Finally, finally got enough points to cash out after being denied points for surveys I completed. I was happy because I just want to get my gc and be done with this, but no, I tried to redeem my gc and it says my phone number is not valid. Odd because I have been on the phone all afternoon.

The instructions indicate that you will receive up to a $100 reward. The reward is the selection of 4 magazines with 3 free copies and an automatic renewal with a $2 processing fee for each. So the time that I took to complete their survey, for their client’s benefit, would cost me money and a headache to cancel magazines that I don’t need. Don’t waste your time.

Claimed to be giving free magazine subscriptions then charged a “processing fee” for each with auto renewal automatic and no option to turn it off. Scammy behavior and I do not recommend.

So I get an invitation to join, awesome, I'll try it out. You get X amount of points for a survey and X amount gets you a gift card. Doesn't list anywhere how much the gc is for so I answer surveys honestly to try and redeem a gc to see if it's actually worth my time. I take 20 mins of my time answering questions honestly only to kicked out of that one (no points earned) and start another one. This goes on and on until I finally get a chance to redeem a gc, again I have no idea how much it's for just want to see if it makes sense to keep doing. I put in my phone number just to be told it's not a valid #. Um it is literally my phone #. I contact customer service to see what is up...they'll get back to me. I try to make sure my profile has my accurate # and I'm logged out, my password doesn't work. I try to reset numerous times can't get in no email link sent to reset no communication whatsoever until a couple days and customer service said you violated Clint's terms and conditions, we removed your account, you can't redeem rewards and the is non reversible. Like what in the actual heck?!?! I log in answer surveys and when I try to redeem my earned award you just kick me out! STAY AWAY PEOPLE, don't waste your time.

Not gonna lie. They suck. If they dont like the answers you give for their surveys you get kicked off the survey midway through and get no credit for the work you put in. Apparently just now my account was cancelled because "the quality of your answers were considered poor". Ummmm, you want my honesty but my answers dont line up with what you want to hear. Heheh ok. Amd any credit I had for the work I did put in previously is gone forever.

First off, they give you something for free. Its magazines. And you have to pay for them.

Second, the website keeps telling me to login even though I am logged in and my info shows up.

Third, when you redeem points, they never send you anything in the timeframe shown. Its been two weeks and I am still waiting on an Amazon gift card. Its a small one so I didn't waste any time.

Fourth, Customer service doesn't reply to inquires at all other than an automatic reply.

If they would have told me up front about magazine subscriptions then I would not have given them my information. I guess they know and that's why they use a "$100 in savings" reward bait. I was shopping for clothes for crying out loud, not magazines! I should have known better and I'm probably going to spend the next few weeks unsubscribing from many unwanted solicitations. I think my personal information is more valuable than their magazine subscriptions which makes this an unfair trade practice in my opinion.

Nowhere on the website does it tell you what a point is equal to. They will tell you, but you have to email them and ask what the points are worth. So my bad for not checking first. After probably (9) hours completing (27) surveys, plus an additional (7-8) hours starting numerous surveys to be told either the survey was full or I did not qualify for the survey, and finally earing (10,000) points, I was finally awarded my compensation. It was a $10.00 gift card. So, just the surveys I did complete, I was paid $1.10 an hour or (.37) cents per survey. A (300) point survey may take (10-15) minutes. That (10-15) minutes would earn you (.003) cents. Woohoo! Unless you simply enjoy taking surveys and are not interested in earning any compensation, go on to the next survey service.

Bizarre represented that I would get $ 100 worth of rewards. They offered magazine subscriptions. Well, ok.. But then they wanted my credit card to add in a $ 2 processing fee per magazine. Free? Really ? No thank youv

This site works fine for awhile but then they will lock your account for unknown reasons and not respond to emails. If you use the site, cash out as often as you can so you don't lose a bunch of points when they decide you are no longer worthy for whatever reason.

Bizrate has all positive reviews for them, impossible.
Bizrate is a scam site.

While recently shopping at an online site Bizrate popped up. Bizrate presented itself as part of the shopping experience & I thought it was affiliated with the company I was shopping at. Bizrate did not identify itself as a third party company until after I had submitted my information. I do not know how much responsibility the site I was shopping has for allowing this phishing scam to take advantage of their customers but I will never shop there again & I will be informing the company why. Thanks Bizrate for ending my relationship with a business I once enjoyed. I would appreciate being informed on how to block Bizrate.

This company SUCKS!!! they are leaches, they aggressively try to offer rewards for their surveys. Then they never allow you to be accepted because you never meet their criteria. It's too bad they do not allow for negative 5 stars. I'd actually give them a negative 10 star. I am a small animal practitioner so I get bombarded by Bizrate. Let me say it 1 last time: Bizrate SUCKS!!!

Do anyone of you know how to cancel the magazines and stop the virus email crap? Figured out it's scammers when I just got my first daily 25 dollar giveaway put my name email go to press "enter now" and underneath the square ubove the "enter now" I notice "Please use the email associated with your PayPal account". Sirously that's why I'm in here cuz now I'm afraid of them getting and messing up everything I got. Help if you can cuz you all explained what is happening to my email computer accounts..

You can spend 30 minutes completing a survey...it is completed and then the screen blanks and you are told you were not eligible. The consistently rip off their participants by taking the data and then awarding 0 points. It is simply dishonest. Find another company if you wish to do surveys...these guys are crooks.
